   It?s not a done deal by any stretch, but the proposed merger of AOL-TW?s CNN and Disney?s ABC News Division is looking more likely. About the new beast, Matt Drudge asks the pertinent question: ?Will we care??
   

   I first rwad that as permanent question – and it seemed more pertinent.
