Shutdown: Obama Tries to Trigger a Stock Market Crash

Despite predictions that the government shutdown would trigger a stock market crash, the Dow has remained steady throughout the week as it shrugs off the shutdown. Evidently President Obama has a problem with this. He used an appearance on CNBC this afternoon to suggest that a bit of panic is in order.
