CBS ace Sharyl Attkisson is tweeting about the status of her Freedom of Information Act request for materials related to White House activities related to the night that four Americans died in the terrorist attack on the US facility in Benghazi, Libya.

The FBI has denied her request.

As in, nearly a year ago.

No Situation Room photo. Nothing.

The White House has offered no proof that President Obama did a single thing on the night of the deadly attack.

Many patriots appreciate Ms. Atkisson's work, but honestly, until we get a speaker of the house who doesn't run active interference for the White Mosque by BLOCKING Rep. Wolfe's legislation calling for a special committee investigation into Benghazi - with full subpoena power and authority to grant immunity, we will never get to the point where Dear Leader admits guilt by claiming executive privilege. Also, now that McConnell/McCain have caved in the senate, the dems will stack the D.C. Court of Appeals with dem cronies who will protect Dear Leader when the Fast & Furious claim of executive privilege comes up on the docket. Many of us are sick to our a$$es of this sh!t.

Remember BENGHAZI!

I think Sharyl is terrific. If she were investigating a Republican administration, she would be getting award after award after award. We need more journalists like her.

Another example of "Obey the law? No, I don't have to."

I remember when a friend was glad to see the FBI very publically move into Solyndra to secure all the files and evidence. I told him that that would be the last we would see of anything involving the case, because it would forever be 'under investigation'.

No pictures of Obama sleeping away while our people died. No pictures of VJ abandoning our 60 people in Benghazi to the terrorists. What difference does it make?
