Via the Weekly Standard:

“On Tuesday I raised the question of why none of the Benghazi survivors, whether State Department, CIA, or private security contract employees have testified publicly before Congress,” said Wolf.

“According to trusted sources that have contacted my office, many if not all of the survivors of the Benghazi attacks along with others at the Department of Defense, the CIA have been asked or directed to sign additional non-disclosure agreements about their involvement in the Benghazi attacks. Some of these new NDAs, as they call them, I have been told were signed as recently as this summer.”

Wolf continued: “It is worth nothing that the Marine Corps Times yesterday reported that the Marine colonel whose task force was responsible for special operations in northern and western Africa at the time of the attack is still on active duty despite claims that he retired. And therefore could not be forced to testify before Congress.

“If these reports are accurate, this would be a stunning revelation to any member of Congress, any member of Congress that finds this out and also more importantly to the American people. It also raises serious concerns about the priority of the administration’s efforts to silence those with knowledge of the Benghazi attack in response.

We’ve seen the administration’s priorities. Blame the terrorist attack on a movie, repeatedly, to get past the election. In the weeks leading up to the election, convene a show panel of hand-picked loyalists which by design would fix any accountability for the attack well below the political appointee level. Have Clinton fixer Cheryl Mills run the internal operation to stop whistleblowers. Win election, declare that Benghazi was “a long time ago.”

Forcing survivors to sign NDAs under threat of losing their jobs fits well within this pattern of priorities. We may need a Truth Commission to get to the bottom of this administration’s activities and priorities.

I really don't care as much what the regime was doing (running guns to terrorists) AS MUCH AS I care about leaving our people hanging out to dry. To this regime, their priorities are exactly backwards...they care more about the former than the latter. Pigs. Swine. Despicable treacherous vermin.

It was all over the Arab press that the guns were going to al-Quida surrogates of the Moslem Brotherhood. Turkey was involved, Mr. Morsi was involved and we were supplying guns to our enemy in time of war. Another gun running operation like "Fast and Furious" but instead of the guns going to the dope dealers of Mexico they were going to the Islamic Terrorist of Syria. We are in the very best of hands.

As all of these Benghazi disclosures and other revelations of the Obama "administration" accumulate, drip by drip, why isn't some Republican with testicles submitting a "Bill of Impeachment", or whatever it may be called?

It doesn't stand a chance of being reviewed in the Democrat controlled Senate, but it should send a strong message anyway.

Obama's mammoth ego would suffer an irreparable wound, and this Bill of Impeachment will then forever remain in the Congressional Record.

What's holding back this submission on Impeachment? This is not a rhetorical question.

You answered your own question, friend.....there evidently is not a republican with testicles. The msm would have to cover a consolidated crowd of congressman yelling "traitor!" at the top of their lungs, but nobody has the guts to go first. Ok, here goes: TRAITOR!!

Agreements signed under duress. Are they enforceable?

No, but you'd better have your future employment all laid out before you violate one. Any of these people who talk will be fired, nobody will protect them in any union or administrative process, and they'll never work for a Democrat controlled government again. If they talk and get fired, they can sue for wrongful discharge, but you're dealing with a government and governments can stretch these things out for years, and the most you probably get is a few hundred thousand dollars that you have to split with a lawyer. And when the Democrat slime machine finishes with you, you'll be lucky if your spouse is still with you and your kids still speak to you.

This is a big disadvantage Republicans have. If a Democrat sleeper leaks or sabotages a Republican government and gets fired, the Democrats have a whole shadow government of front groups, contractors, non-profits, unions, etc. where they can just move the person to and they never miss a days' pay. Not only do the Republicans not have places to put people who help them, often they won't help anyway because Republicans run from the taint of controversy and causing controversy is the absolute worst thing you can do.

Holder will only obfuscate and hinder any investigation mandated to go through DOJ to protect Dear Leader; we must have a special committee manned by select congressmen with the authority, motivation and GUTS to thoroughly expose the treasonous, yes I said TREASONOUS activities of at least Her Thighness, Panetta, and JCS Chairman Dempsey. The whole friggin world already knows about it...let's make it official! Congress has the Constitutional authority and DUTY to convene that committee. What say you, Speaker John "Old Yellowstain" Boehner?

Umm, Congressman Wolf, have any of them been invited or subpeonaed to appear?

Seems to me that no NDA would stand up a Congressional query.

I simply can't imagine the circumstance under which federal employees would cooperate with a Republican Administration trying to force them to sign non-disclosure agreements.
