Noted scientist and singer whose voice sounds like a cat whose tail has gotten caught under a rocking chair would have us all know that fracking is a very bad thing indeed.
“Fracking kills,” [Yoko] Ono said. “And it doesn’t just kill us. It kills the land, nature and eventually the whole world and our dear planet, which we think is a beautiful one.”
Well, she killed the Beatles, so we’re all even.
The science on fracking is in, by the way, and it’s safe. It’s also helping fuel an energy boom that’s providing one of the few bright spots in our blighted economy.

And of course, since the Beatles were “bigger than Jesus”, that then naturally makes Yoko Ono Pontius Pilate. Though I bet she in fact found fault in Paul, whereas Pilate found no fault in his man.
Calling ‘Oh No’ a singer is something of a stretch. A very LARGE stretch. I’ve heard alley cats in the throws of passion that sound better than her. I’d rather listen to a rendition of Bach’s Fifth played on a chalk board than have to listen to her sing. She couldn’t carry a tune if a radio were in her bucket. I find it hard to believe that John was sane when he suggested to his fellow band members she should become one of The Beatles.
When the hell are these celebs going to leave science to the scientists? Maybe the scientists should give singing and acting a go? They are – as Ian Anderson said in song – “Thick as a brick”. Oh No certainly qualifies – with nary a degree in thinking much less the fracking she’s opened her yap and declared it unsafe. Words form in the brains of these celebs and drop out onto the tongue for release much as a penny gum ball drops out of the penny machine and rolls to the slot – and with far more worth.

Always thougth Yoko Ono seemed to be a little on the “unbalanced” side of any question, discussion or “thought process!”
Also is funny, Yoko Ono (artiste)revels in capitalism, capitalist mores and ways to invest in and make scads of money from American Entrepreneurial initiatives but in conversations…tows the Progressive New Left Activist Movements mantra.
Is this a “Bi-Polar” disorder? Or something more profund? Possibly a result of her heavydrinking, smoking, “shushing” blow, or a “big fat one (Choom,mon, you know).”

Addendum: word-on-the-street DHS (Dept of homeland security) has an ongoing program (Open-Purchase-Order) for hollow point ammunition. It is estimated it has an arsenal of more than 1 billion (yes, with a “B”) rounds already on hand with more arriving every day. Question: what would an american government agency tasked with “homeland security,” be purchasing for possible use on american soil such “outlawed” ammo for???HUH??? A coming Civil WAR??? almost all petroleum products are recovered using fracking and have been for more then 50 years.
