Skywriter in Tucson this morning made my day. Covered 10 sg miles and not one thing the libs could do!
Today a friend sent me this photo that she received from her friend in Tucson, AZ.
The caption was from the original email.
This has to be one of the best election photos ever.
What do you think?

SURRENDER DOROTHY
Can it be seen from Nevada?
People have to realize that this election is a vote between the side of good vs. the side of evil. Romney is so obviously and unarguably a good and decent man, while Obama and his toadies are so filthy, corrupt, dishonest, smarmy, petty, foul-mouthed and hate-filled that I fail to see how ANYONE could hold their noses long enough to vote for him! The choice is so clear and obvious.
Obama showed us yet more of his dark side when he said “Voting is the best revenge.” Revenge?
My on-line dictionary defines revenge as “the act of inflicting hurt or harm on someone for an injury or wrong suffered at their hands”. We aren’t stopping them from voting. So what injury or wrong did we commit against them? All we did was promote a different political philosophy, resist by legal means their attempts to “fundamentally transform America”, and challenge, rather than swear fealty to, Dear Leader Obama.
I’m on the outskirts of Tucson and didn’t see it. Tucson is a liberal haven: I hope they enjoyed it.
– sign, you will conquer.
Did Obama scramble jets to fly through it and erase it?
That is actually considered a legal vote in Ohio.
There had to have been at least one liberal fascist whose first impulse was muttering about which FAA laws must have been broken and how surely it was illegal and that the skywriter was in trouble now for having gone too far and, you know, skywriting might need to be illegal anyway, being disturbing of the environment and all.
People are well and truly tired of the Progressives and their offerings of absolute certitude, conviction that they possess unique genius and wisdom, unlimited bullying to get their world-view installed, all combined with absolute inability to deliver results. I hope for a Romney victory. I doubly hope for a succesful Presidency and good statesmanship from the GOP parts of Congress, realizing the Senate will be the next battlefield, but one more easily taken care of. But above all, I hope for proposals of good stewardship, because…
Good stewardship will deliver a blow to Progressivism, a blow that can be made mortal.
That, above all, should be the goal for the next four–two years of setting the groundwork in a manner plain for the people to see, a referendum on the Democratic Senate in 2014, and then two years of action. Work for those things that will make sense and be approved by the people, not by the media or chattering classes–and in the process the Progressives will have an albatross put around their necks for a generation. Good stewardship will win far more in the long run than compromising with Harry Reid next year because the media demand “bipartisanship”, and good stewardship is something I could sign onboard for, wholeheartedly. Vice simply trying to get or maintain a GOP majority the next election. No, good stewardship is something that would make me a team player.
And I’m sure I’m not alone.
Why does nobody mention the word (?) ‘antedri’ that was written after Romney? Are we so sure the one who wrote Romney was a supporter of Romney?
Have NO IDEA what you are talking about. Please explain.
Antenori. Senator.
I think it’s sad and arrogant to pollute the air spreading the message.
Yawn.
And yet you post *that* — using up electricity to push your message across the world. Electricity generated by burning fuel… And the message is stored on hardware that took MORE fuel to produce.
I think it’s sad and arrogant to pollute the air spreading YOUR message!
I’ll never understand why “progress” is such an evil word in your circles. Progress led us out of the swamps, cured diseases, created technologies we take for granted today…the printing press, the cotton gin, all these things fall under the umbrella definition of progress. So why then have you nailed this negative undertone to the word? Don’t you want things to improve and move forward? I also would like to state that even though I’m a Democrat and voting for Obama, I don’t think Mr. Romney and his people are evil. As a commenter mentioned above, and she/he is not alone, many on your side have tried to demonize President Obama, and any demonization of the opposing side (whether from us or you) just shows ignorance and a lack of facts to support your argument. Come at me with facts, and not name calling, and I’ll respect your opinion more. Keep calling someone you don’t agree with names…and well…you’re just an angry sad person screaming at the sky.
“Progress” isn’t an “evil word”. “Progressive” is. “Progressives” have shown themselves to be opposed to actual progress.
It’s nice to hear you don’t think Romney’s evil. Could you convince the rest of your party? Start by telling them that a Romney presidency won’t see the reimposition of slavery.
The photographer was Dr. Thomas F. McMahon of Tucson, brother of my friend Deborah of Alexandria. Great shot, in my opinion. So sad Romney didn’t win. Susan
