Just days after the national Democratic convention fell into chaos over removals of God and Jerusalem as Israel’s capital from the platform, with many convention delegates caught on tape booing the reinsertion of both into the platform, the Tatler has learned that the California Democratic Party dropped support for Israel from its own platform. Gwilym McGrew first noticed the change in the CA Democratic Party’s platform language.
Here is the California platform language regarding Israel for 2004. It is on page 26 of the platform:
“Peace in the Middle East. Champion human rights and democracy for all people as the pillars of our policy in the Middle East. Maintain our commitment to ensuring the security and well being of the State of Israel and to maintaining America’s special relationship with Israel. Support the Palestinian goals of peace, justice, security and a viable independent state, which includes aid for economic development. Promote efforts to root out terrorism without endangering civilians. Encourage direct negotiations for peace that build on the “Road Map” as proposed by the “Quartet” (United States, Russia, the European Union and the United Nations).”
Here is the 2012 platform for the California Democratic Party, which does not mention Israel in its foreign policy bullet points on page 21. The fourth bullet point simply says the California Democrats hope to:
Proactively seek a durable peace treaty in the Middle East
The California Democratic Party, one of the most progressive state-level Democratic parties in the nation, adopted its platform during its convention in February 2012. Israel is not mentioned anywhere in the 2012 California Democratic Party’s platform, at all. Israel was also not mentioned in the California Democrats’ 2010 platform, indicating that dropping Israel support has been a longstanding project of California Democratic Party activists.
California Democratic Party chairman John Burton caused controversy at last week’s Democratic National Convention when he compared GOP vice presidential nominee Paul Ryan to Nazi propagandist Joseph Goebbels.

- Then there’s the problem of Obama’s alleged meeting with his half-brother Mark Ndesandjo in Kenya more than twenty years ago. See, In “Dreams,” Obama goes to great lengths about his FIRST meeting with Ndesandjo in 1988 (or thereabouts) on the occasion of Obama’s first visit to Kenya.
-This meeting took place at the home of Ruth Ndesandjo, Mark’s Jewish American mother, who remarried after her divorce from Barack Obama Sr.
Fact: Obama is Mark’s senior by four years. However, when Obama was interviewed about Ndesandjo while on a state visit to China in 2009, he said dismissively, “Well, you know, I don’t know him well.”
-Then Obama added the kicker further deepening the Obama mystery, “I met him for the first time a couple of years ago.” So, If Obama met Ndesandjo in africa as he claimed, that first meeting would have been more than twenty years prior. As Obama tells it in his book, they met twice, at length both times, and in some depth. This, covered in three pages.

Joel Gilbert acknowledges voters are willing to overlook many faults a politician may have.
“However, providing a false family background to hide a Marxist political agenda is irreconcilable with American values and a totally unacceptable manipulation of the electorate,” Gilbert stressed.
Gerald Horne, a contributing editor to Public Affairs, an openly Marxist political review, made the first positive identification of “Frank” as Frank Marshall Davis.
In March 2007, Horne gave a speech at New York University on the occasion of the Communist Party USA archive being placed at a NYU library.
In the speech, Horne discussed Davis, noting Davis, who was born in Kansas and lived much of his adult life in Chicago, had moved to Honolulu in 1948 at the suggestion of his good friend, actor Paul Robeson. In the 1940s, Robeson was an outspoken critic of segregation and racial discrimination in the United States, who was also a strong advocate of the Soviet Union and a member of the Communist Party USA.
Horne also documented Davis’s friendship with the Dunham family in Hawaii.
“Eventually, [Davis] befriended another family – a Euro-American family – that had migrated to Honolulu from Kansas and a young woman from this family eventually had a child with a young student from Kenya East Africa who goes by the name of Barack Obama, who retracing the steps of Davis, eventually decamped to Chicago.”
Lorne further documented Davis was “a decisive influence in helping [Obama] to find his present identity as an African-American, a people who have been the least anti-communist and the most left-leaning of any constituency in this nation.”
After Horne’s speech, the identity of “Frank” was never in doubt, nor his importance in the development of the young Barack Obama.
On Dec. 5, 1956, Davis appeared in executive session before the U.S. Senate Subcommittee investigating “the scope of Soviet activity in the United States,” one of the McCarthy-era committees seeking to expose communists considered to be a security threat.
Invoking his Fifth Amendment rights against self-incrimination, Davis refused to answer a direct question asking if he was then a communist.
A year earlier, in 1955, a Commission on Subversive Activities organized by the government of the Territory of Hawaii identified Davis as a member of the Communist Party USA; the committee singled out for criticism several articles Frank Marshall Davis published in the “Communist Honolulu Record” that were critical of the commission.
How much more proof does one need?
