There are three parts to this video. There’s a funny part, when Cutter accidentally answers “No” to the question of whether an “Incomplete” grade is acceptable before recovering and blaming Bush. There’s a sad part, when Cutter gamely spins the president’s self-grade but ultimately fails. And there’s a scary part, at the end when Cutter says of President Obama’s record, “He’s not done yet.”
Yikes.
More than ever, we really need to see Barack Obama’s college transcripts. Did he “Incomplete” himself through college?
Update: The Romney camp responds. In a statement released today, Andrea Saul says “Four years ago, President Obama promised to slow the rise of the oceans and heal the planet. Now, according to the Obama campaign, ‘incomplete’ is a perfectly fine grade for his economic performance. If he can’t even give himself a passing grade, why would the American people give him another four years?”
– is what you get when you don’t even bother to show up for classes.
Okay, so he’s got an Incomplete. I think now, we need detailed PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) from him to see if is worthwhile for him to continue in his current position. Really, it is to late given the 4-yr contract coming up for renewal. He should have started on the PIP last summer so he’d have some accomplishments to show.
We do keep hearing how it’s not Obama but the intransigent Congressional Republicans. Well, if he can’t perform well within the organizational culture, he many not be a good fit for the position. A President, one way or another, must find a way to work with Congress. If he can’t do the job, then we have to let him go.
He says “income pleat” because so many businesses have folded that lots of people have taken tucks in their incomes.

He should quit hemming and hawing.
Dr. Obama gives himself an “I” grade for this term, an incomplete.
This is the kind of grade a teacher awards a student if (a) some act of God lands the student in the emergency room on the day of the final exam, or (b) the student is a major in that department but has a mental breakdown during the final exam and stomps out of the lecture hall, but your department has to keep the number of majors as high as possible, so you let the student recover mental equilibrium and take the exam over after summer vacation.
Either way, this is indicative of Obama’s view of himself, and it is a BAD way for a president to see himself.
The man got into Columbia with no honors in high school or at Occidental.
He got into Harvard Law with no honors in high school, at Occidental or at Columbia.
He got into the Senate with no achievements of note, no great legislative accomplishments, no business acumen, no budgetary experience, no manufacturing, no medical or healthcare background, no real estate or mortgage, no military or law enforcement history, basically never having taken the Intro/101 courses necessary to DO the job of President.
Based upon a dorm room/slacker resume’…he then proceeded to want to tell all the adults how to conduct the “transformation” of the greatest nation on earth. Bongathon “Choom Theory” on seizure of healthcare, energy, banking, real estate, pharmaceutical, law enforcement and military theaters and enterprises.
These are PhD level disciplines, and a beanie-wearing Frosh Choom Theorist is out of his element. He now has to beg for an incomplete. Bongathon Choom Theory has collapsed Europe and is collapsing the US.
You can’t hide these transcripts from the American people. Although the slacker media will try mightily. Bongathon Choom Theory is not incomplete. It FAILED. It failed to produce a budget. It FAILED to protect the borders. It FAILED to preserve the Constitution. It FAILED to create jobs. It FAILED to stem the debt explosion. It FAILED to unite us…miserably.
Sorry, Choom Theorists…no makeup exam. You flunked.
America deserves better than an incomplete President. We deserve a complete one.

His grade of ‘Incomplete’ is the perfect partner for his overall performance in the Senate, ‘Present.’ He is such an empty vessel I can’t believe people buy into his con. These same people respond to the emails from the Nigerian Prince. Fools.
