Only CBS New York seems to be carrying this aspect of the story at the moment, but, if true, it adds some chilling context to James Holmes’ rampage.
New York Police Commissioner Ray Kelly said the gunman suspected of attacking a crowded movie theater in Aurora, Colorado resembled Batman’s arch-villain “The Joker” at the time of the shocking attack.
“We have some information, most of it is public. It clearly looks like a deranged individual. He had his hair painted red, he said he was ‘The Joker,’ obviously the ‘enemy’ of Batman,” Kelly said about the suspect, 24-year-old James Holmes, at a news conference Friday.
Occupants of the apartment building where Holmes lived described him as a “recluse”:
In an apartment rental application he submitted early last year, Holmes described himself as a “quiet and easy-going” student. Other tenants in his building — which is reserved for students, faculty and staff of the medical campus — described him as a recluse.
A pharmacy student who also lives in the building told The Post he called 911 around 12:30 a.m. because there was a song blaring from the stereo inside apartment 10, where Holmes lived. The student, who wanted to be identified only as Ben, said he couldn’t make out the song but that it seemed to be playing on repeat.
He also said Holmes kept to himself and wouldn’t acknowledge people when they passed in the hall and said hello.
“No one knew him. No one,” Ben said.
The confirmed casualties are 12 dead and 59 injured with 12 of the shooting victims in critical condition. Several of the injured were suffering from exposure to some kind of noxious chemical, possibly tear gas.
The Joker was in to random acts of violence, because they were “fair” as long as they were random. This is where obsession with “fairness” leads.
The Joker’s hair is red? Nope, it’s green.
So Holmes couldn’t even get the hair color right?
If so, then I may be utterly, totally wrong. I saw conspiracy.
Maybe this twit really was just waiting for the movie to open.

According to some reports, the shooter’s mother did not seem surprised when a news man informed her son was the suspected shooter. I suspect this guy is mentally ill and others, possibly including his immediate family knew he was potentially dangerous.
So let me get this straight: the NYPD commissioner knows what happened in Colorado before the cops in Colorado do? Seriously? This guy is as big a bozo as his mayor.
When 90 percent of the 26 and under children (as defined by Obamacare) have lived their whole lives shooting things on a TV screen, never being allowed out to play by themselves, never learning to interact responsibly with others, why are we surprised to find they are deranged? Do you think the amount of money wasted by these moochers on Comic-Con and other stupidity is a sign of mental health? These are no longer children, but they don’t know how to be adult.
Now let’s take a mental case, whose rights are way more important to us than those of the rest of society, no matter how bizarre (thank you for that, Geraldo Rivera, you piece of #&@%!), and sprinkle him into this bizarre, otherworldly stew of “pretend”, and viola!

It happens, when we have lost our way. (Of course, it always happens anyway. If there are 20 times more people on the planet than there were in 1900, there should be 20 times more massacres, and I hardly think there are, unless, of course, you’re counting governments who kill their own people).
He wasn’t “dressed as the Joker”. Guy had on full tactical gear. Joker wears a purple suit idiots. This whole thing is a crock of $&!?. He “reportedly” in one news column and “supposedly” in another, called himself the Joker? This is just being eaten alive and spoon fed to idiots by the media to make this f@$&ing guy that much more mysterious and give them something to lash out about. The Joker never had sh!?&ty red/orange hair. It’s green. Always has been. Probably some dumb@$$ media crap started somewhere to “heighten” the moment of the broadcast. Or the guy was trying to be the Joker, and like the rest of the idiots out there who thinks the Joker has red/orange hair got pissed when he realized he spent $10 on the wrong color Manic Panic.
