OBAMA: “For us to say that you’ve got to take a responsibility to get health insurance is absolutely not a tax increase.”

About 2 seconds after that came about the mandate, my boss told me that it’s probably going to be cheaper for him to cancel our health insurance and pay the Tax.
Moral of the story; bad laws can still pass Constitutional muster. The next Amendment should mandate only “good laws” and everything will be fine…
Seriously, the Professor said it best today with “The Supreme Court has refused to save us from ourselves. The remedy now will have to be political.”

How do we get out of this Obama created mess? As happened during the American Revolution it will take people of goodwill to step forward and be counted.
The good news is that Romney was just handed another election issue at least as big as the economy.
