A friend sent me this combo image without a caption, so I took it as a positive sign that it was time for another highly competitive Tatler Photo Caption Contest.
Your entry must first correctly identify the serious young man and the not so serious young man pictured, along with a creative caption that will both amuse and impress our panel of VIP judges.
This caption contest is our most challenging to date but I am confident Tatler readers will rise to the occasion.
In honor of the brave young men pictured, the winner, in addition to being honored in a future Tatler post, will also get to choose between combat gear and a marijuana cigarette as their accessory of choice.

Ok, the photo of the first is easy – that’s Benjamin Netanyahu, current prime minister of Israel when he was a young man.
The second photo is far more difficult, but rumor is it portrays a grifter who has variously used the aliases Barack Hussein Obama, Barack Hussein Obama II, Barack Hussein Obama, Jr., Barry Soetoro, and Barack Hussein Obama Soebarkah, depending upon his age and circumstances at the time. The photo portrays him as a boy, or perhaps man child. (I guess some things never change.)
Speculation is he may currently be residing in Washington, DC – you will never find a more wretched hive of scum and villainy.
If you do happen to see him, DO NOT APPROACH HIM!
If you do, you may find your wallet missing and replaced with a bumper sticker that says “Hope and Change”. He should be considered extremely dangerous to your economic well-being. He may, in fact, be facing charges for stealing the future of the next few generations of Americans, we’ll know for sure come November.
