He’s a “Constitutional scholar” or at least he says so. But as President (because of the Constitution) he has said – ‘Constitution? We don’t need no stinking Constitution.’
His ‘recess’ appointments are unconstitutional because the Senate is not in recess. I say, if the appointments are unconstitutional, then those appointed have no legal standing and do not have to be listened to.
Having viewed this several times and still finding myself speechless is starting annoy me. I’m not sure if it’s him or me.
