In South Carolina this afternoon, TX Gov. Rick Perry held a press conference to detail his economic plans. The very first reporter tried distracting him by bringing up the birther nonsense. Perry was having none of it; he cut the reporter off in mid sentence, said the issue is a “distraction” and put the focus right back on his plan.
And that’s how it’s done. The rest of the reporters stuck to asking about his plans. The first never got to finish his, and ended up not asking any relevant questions, at least while I was watching. Every reporter who brings this up from now on should be treated with equal or greater contempt.

I’d be happy if all the candidates did the exact same thing whenever the vermin ask any kind of a gotcha question. And that goes well beyond the birther crap.
I’d also be happy if they would all publish their birth certificate, their school records, passport information, military records, work histories, residences, marriage licenses, etc., going back to childhood…on their websites. That would particularly help Perry since he is the only one who served in the military. Then they could challenge everybody else to do the same…and we know who everybody else is, don’t we?

Perry was speaking of the hidden college transcripts of Obama. He said that his college transcripts were ‘outed’ almost immediately after he announced (he’s always said that he was a C student, nothing to hide), but what if the press were to turn their vaunted investigative ability on Obama’s transcripts? Why aren’t they?

Dismissing the story is a good idea, but this issue had died a natural death months ago and Gov. Perry needlessly put it back into the conversation with his silly “Parade” interview. If he can put the genie back in the bottle, great, but he let it back out himself.
Actually, he said exactly the same thing in the Parade interview that he just said again to the reporter in the presser – it’s irrelevant and a distraction.
Now if the media on both sides of the spectrum want to pull out a couple of lines about O’Barnums bc from a 3pg interview, none of which were the dismissal, he really can’t control that, can he.

Vermin like this “reporter” are unofficial members of the Obama campaign and need to be treated as most vermin are — swatted.
The reporter (Jim Costa of CNN) said that Perry had “raised the issue” of Obama’s birth certificate. That is not true. The Parade reporter (Lynn Shear) is the one who raised the issue, & Perry put it to bed by saying “I have no reason to think otherwise.” But Shear pressed the issue, saying that his answer wasn’t good enough, when it sounds pretty definitive to me. Does she want Perry to certify the certificate’s authenicity? He finally concluded with “It doesn’t matter. He’s the President of the United States. He’s elected. It’s a distractive issue.”
The left-wing press is inventing this as an issue & will keep repeating it. Just a few minutes ago, David Frum, speaking on CNN with Wolf Blitzer on this story, said that Perry has a problem with Obama’s skin colour.
Perry is releasing his superb plan for fixing the tax problems in America, & the press is using this in order to distract attention away from it.
Another example of the dithering press comes from the third question (reporter unidentified) who is exasperated about how the plan, which calls for a cap on federal spending at 18% of the GDP, can be expected to reduce some $1 trillion from the budget in only one year. This is from someone would had an advance press copy (I have a copy in front of me as I write), read the relevant portion & made the quick calculation, & then made the charge. Perry put him in his place by telling him that the plan plainly states that the goal is the year 2020, not now.
These left-wing press keep showing their posteriors with these attempts to gin up something, anything, to take down their targets.

A better question would be, “What do you make of Justica.com scrubbing all references to Minor v. Happersett in 25 SCOTUS cases in the run up to the 2008 election where the SCOTUS used it to define Natural Born Citizen.

He tells me that Obama was born in Kenya to a crazy communist bitch and a crazy militant black communist philanderer (who specialized in Wite Wimmen). Her Commie grandparents filed a very strange “report of live birth”, like he was a migrant worker who lived on a remote farm, not the son and grandson of actual, well heeled communists, living in a city, who had access to hospitals, doctors, and such, and therefore had no need of such a strange document, usually granted to indigents born in the out-islands to migrants.
Gazoo also tells me that his social security documents came from a Connecticut office, where there is no record he ever lived, and that, even though he had alleged college grades that Socrates would have killed for, his first act as President was to have them sealed, because, I guess, we all would have been completely blinded at his total awesomeness. But back to the substance:
1. I wasn’t citing Wikipedia as a source. I was saying that it’s weird that Justia would try to hide a case that anyone with access to the internet or a law library could find on their own.
2. That case does not constitute binding precedent. It discusses various views of who is a natural born citizen and then expressly declines to take a position because the outcome of the case doesn’t depend on it. The Supreme Court does not issue advisory opinions. I can’t fathom what anyone would have to gain from hiding the opinion.
Here is the full quote from Minor v. Happersett. Note that birthers always leave out the last two sentences, which make the point *dicta* and not precedent:
“The Constitution does not, in words, say who shall be natural-born citizens. Resort must be had elsewhere to ascertain that. At common-law, with the nomenclature of which the framers of the Constitution were familiar, it was never doubted that all children born in a country of parents who were its citizens became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also. I wish I was computer literate so that I could just dig out the last time I wrote about this and past it, I’m not so for the nth time I will go through this rigmarole. There is absolutely no possibility, not a snowball’s chance in hell that Obama was born in Kenya. I was one of those nasty colonialists living there at the time, too many of you seem to have forgotten what life was like in the early sixties particularly for black/white couples. In the French, Portuguese and Italian colonies it may have been acceptable for a white man to father some half-caste bastards, live with a black women or in extreme cases even marry her. For a woman to do so was an absolute no-no, she was the lowest of the low, ostracized by all and an outcast from civilized society. In the British colonies it often happened that a single officer’s black maid got pregnant and disappeared back to her home village, he may well have given her a very generous severance but to openly admit the bastard as his would have been the end of his career, his social life restricted to that of the riff-raff and the ne’er do wells of the colony. Just the rumour that one had the touch of a tarbrush was enough to finish anyone socially.
Kenya was in a difficult situation, the country was transitioning to independence but it was also at the tail-end of a very vicious uprising against white rule. Say what you like about British colonial rule, you can never deny that their intellingence service was of the very highest level. Some one like Obama senior, an avowed nationalist studying Russian in a foreign country at the height of the cold war would have rung every alarm bell in the house. Before he even left for the states they would have known everything about him, his family, his wife, his tribe. The good thing in those days was that though the Kikuyu, the main instigators of the Mau Mau, may have hated the white man, they hated the Masai, the Luo (Obama’s tribe) and other competing tribes just as much. Had there been the least bit of dirt on Obama, the Kikuyu would have queued up to sell it.
Even a new-born baby requires travel documents to cross international borders. In 1961 all Kenyans were British subjects. As late as 1965 the chief immigration officer in Nairobi was a British colonial official, in ’61 the entire department was white with a heavy presence of the S.I.S. Had Obama senior even dared apply for travel documents, they would have had a look at his file, seen he was a potential troublemaker, possibly communist, married in Kenya, who had arrived with a pregnant foreign slut. They would have told him very quickly to have his slut and her bastard go to the US embassy where they belonged. I leave you to imagine the possibility of the US embassy in Nairobi issuing an emergency passport and losing or forgetting the details.

Barack Obama has no documentation. I believe his mother told Barack Obama Sr. that he was the father. I believe it was only later he found out Malcolm X was the father. I believe Obama was born in Kenya.
The American people do care. We do care if we have a man destroying our country who shouldn’t be there. He is friends with William Ayers. William Ayers had a long history of getting phony birth certificates and social security numbers. I believe Governor Perry handled it as well as he could have, since the object is to pick a target, freeze it, and polarize it. They are also using Saul Alinsky Rule #5 Ridicule. We need to use that on them also.

“After the Baltimore fiasco, stealing ID was forbidden. Instead we began to build ID sets around documents as flimsy as a fishing license or a laminated card available in a Times Square novelty shop called “Official ID.” We soon figured out that the deepest and most foolproof ID had a government-issued Social Security card at its heart, and the best source of those were dead-baby birth certificates. I spent impious days over the next several months tramping through rural cemeteries in Iowa and Wisconsin, Illinois and North Dakota,searching for those sad little markers of people born between 1940 and 1950 who had died between 1945 and 1955. The numbers were surprising: two in one graveyard, a cluster of fourteen in another. Those poor souls had typically been issued birth certificates—available to us at any county courthouse for a couple of bucks and a simple form with information I could copy from the death announcement at the archive of the local paper—but they had never applied for a Social Security card.
Collecting those birth certificates became a small industry, and within a year we had over a hundred. For years I was a paper-made Joseph Brown, and then an Anthony Lee, remarkably durable identities. My on-paper official residences: a transient hotel in San Francisco and a warehouse in New York.
As is typical Ayers, he throws you off on a story that is fairly true…instead of cemetery or archived newspaper hunts it was the local County vital records office where ‘infant deaths‘ of all dates–the earlier the better– were investigated by a ‘student researcher for his/her thesis.’ No funds were required as the information was only copied, conveniently both the birth and death certificate numbers were on the death certificate. And all states were involved…during his fugitive days I don’t think he’d be in Illinois or North Dakota looking around in cemeteries especially in winter, heck even in spring.
From there birth certificates, social security numbers, and drivers licenses were all easily made. Over the years it was probably thousands of identities. It is also possible to manufacture multiple identities off of that one death certificate. One of the Black Panther Party/Weather Underground’s 1981 Brink’s robbers who is still in jail used the manufactured identity of “Nathanial Tate” but his real name is Sekou Odinga, and yes, he is related to Raile Odinga, Obama’s cousin. The Brink’s robbery was north of New York City and three officers were killed.”

Look at completely black (or some times of another exact clean color) texts as compared to other noisy text parts, check the impossibly-exact horizontal lines, including imaginative lines of signatures, etc. There are more flaws, The more you look the more you find. Everybody with mild computer scanning experience will immediately see that the image is computer-generated from several images. It is not a scanned document. One does not need other experts.
The explanation is up to you. Silencing the issue won’t remove it.
Why are you looking at a scanned image?
The State of Hawaii verified, numerous times, that the document is genuine, that Obama was born in Hawaii, and that they maintain original records saying that.
Now, unless you have evidence that the former REPUBLICAN governor of Hawaii, her GOP appointee Director of Health, the current director, and the current governor, plus many other Department of Health employees, are involved in some strange conspiracy stretched out over years to elect a liberal Democrat, all your talk about the marks on a .pdf scan are irrelevant.
Hawaii has verified the document is REAL. Numerous times. Therefore, there are ONLY two possibilities:
(1) Hawaiian officials are part of the conspiracy, which means there would be no need to fake a birth certificate, because they could create a real one saying whatever they want.
(2) There is no conspiracy.
Either way, talking about a scan on his website just shows that birthers are (1) idiots and (2) unable to apply basic rules of logic to the known, established facts of this situation.

Hey, it was Pery who repened the whole birther issue, you can’t blame a reporter for asking for clarification. Of course, cutting off such questions is the smart thing to do, but he has nobody to blame for those questions other than himself.
FACTS: barry soetero as Barack Obama failed E-Verify, does in fact have a forged birth record (20+ graphic experts attest and some are ex CIA with formal filed FBI criminal complaints), No college records, No health records, fraudulent SS# from Connecticut, tampered Selective Service registration dated from Hawaii when he was already in L.A., CA at Occidental College, ummm?
So trolls, and those unaware of the FACTS prove them wrong by posting the documents which correct the above facts.So far nobody has obtained said facts, even though the liar-in-chief (on National broadcast) stated he would be the most transparent administration ever. Funny, that less than 24 hrs. in office he signed Executive order #13489 blocking all access to his past records. That is on the White House Executive order web site. So prove the claims wrong with FACTS rather than Slap-insky’s of ridicule.
