After listening to the first question on CNN’s Republican candidate debate about how to reform Social Security, isn’t it interesting that all the candidates were suggesting that younger workers opt out of Social Security with Individual Retirement Accounts? Isn’t that what President George W. Bush tried to do and got royally shot down? Was W ahead of his time?
