Remember when Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and Attorney General Eric Holder blamed America’s gun laws, and specifically the expiration of the assault weapons ban, for the escalating violence in Mexico? And this statement, from President Obama:
“More than 90 percent of the guns recovered in Mexico come from the United States, many from gun shops that line our border,” President Obama said in February 2009.
That has been debunked over and over again, and the ATF’s Gunwalker scandal has become a running embarrassment, but Fox News’ William La Jeunesse takes a look at the latest intel from WikiLeaks and turns up something new. The Obama adminstration was well aware that what they were saying was false, but they said it anyway.

According to State Department documents, in 2009 Mexico bought nearly $177 million worth of American-made weapons, exceeding sales to Iraq and Afghanistan. That number includes $20 million in semi- and fully automatic weapons.
“Most of the M16s were sold legally to the Mexican government and disappeared,” Kartchner added.
State Department cables obtained by WikiLeaks confirm that fear. One cable from November 2009 reads “U.S. law enforcement has fair reason to worry a number of weapons simply disappear… ”
Another from June 2009 says, “Rogue elements of the Guatemalan military are selling weapons to narcos.”
So the guns that are turning the cartels into private militaries are coming indirectly from the US government. Those guns are intended as weapons sales and foreign aid, not for the cartels, but the fact is that the administration knew of this when they attacked US gun laws, gun brokers and gun owners. They lied to us, at us, to blame us for a war we didn’t start and aren’t playing a role in. Their intent is obvious: To push for stricter gun laws in the US. And they lied, repeatedly and in unison, to pursue that political aim.
Yes, but the Heller decision extending the second amendment as an individual right throughout the states and not just DC didn’t happen until June of 2010, a year after their lying, er, politicking. All’s fair in love and war; after all, as we used to sing in basic training, this is my weapon and this my gun, this is for fighting and this is for fun. I wonder if they still sing that in the multi-sexual army, or is it politically incorrect?
They’re interested in the same gun control that the Syrian Gov’t has. That way the citizens can’t fight back when the government decides to shoot them for protesting.
As corrupt as the Mexican government is, I can’t imagine why anyone would think sending them automatic weapons would be a good idea.

As laudable as the attempt to reduce the consumption of any recreational or addictive substance might be, by attempting to reduce temptation, prohibitionists also remove choice and therefore eliminate the possibility of the individual choosing between right and wrong. Instead, the ‘right’ choice is imposed, thus replacing personal (and civic) virtue with the impossible-to-enforce ‘virtue by fiat’.
Prohibitionists often express the belief that the resulting mayhem and corruption that their policy engenders is in no way connected to the basic and erroneous mechanism being used, but simply that they haven’t been granted sufficient governmental powers (the removal of even more basic individual rights and freedoms) to do their work properly.
It’s quite possible, that many of the early Prohibitionists did not intend to kill hundreds of thousands worldwide, or put 1 in 32 Americans under supervision of the correctional system with their ill-thought-out-actions. Nevertheless, it’s now reasonably safe to claim, that our Latter-Day Sadomoralist Prison-for-Profit Prohibitionists don’t care. They don’t care that, historically, the prohibition of any mind altering substance has never succeeded. They don’t care that America has the highest percentage of it’s citizens incarcerated of any country in the history of the planet. They don’t care about spawning far worse conditions than those they claim to be alleviating. These despotic imbeciles are actually quite happy to create as much mayhem as possible. After all, it’s what fills their prisons and gets them elected.

Not wrong, LIED!!! And no, this doesnt surprise me at all. As an American living in Mexico it is really easy to see the corruption. And even at mentioning the additional $400,000,000.00, yes I said (four hundred MILION) a year the U.S. is basically throwing at the Mexican government, to keep them quiet, the people of Mexico crenge with fear and even some with tears at the ever growing fact that the U.S. is now feeding a corrupt and “narco” intertwinned Mexican government. This 4 hundred mil every year is hurting us economicly, and at the least only buying plusher carpets and polish for guns in this Mexicos corruptness. Those of you who doubt this current seat in what I used to be proud to call my home land, should stop diddeling in the insignificant, put on your big boy pants a brace the truth of factual evidence that one can actually see!!
