Is Dem Rep. Rob Andrews a sexist?

Or is the New Jersey Democrat a sexist pig? You make the call:

“Imagine ho we would all feel if God forbid a Republican president were elected and he or, God forbid she, decided to attack North Korea because Kim Jong Il is brutalizing his people, without consulting the Congress.”

Emphasis added. It may seem as if he’s saying “God forbid a president attack North Korea,” but the way he phrases it takes it in different direction. He asks God to forbid two things: That a Republican, and that a woman, be elected president. Evidently Sarah Palin is occupying some space, rent free, in the Congressman’s head.
