We’re so used to miraculous cures (or convenient and morally sound deaths) on House that I think people don’t realize how amazing this has been.
Most people who took a slug through the left temporal area, entry and exit, die. Most of the rest … well, don’t do so well, let’s say.
This is freaking amazing.
I am sick and tired of hearing about this woman. Most of America had no clue who she was until the Tucson madman began shooting. A bunch of innocent people were killed and maimed in that attack, yet all we hear about it this gal who merely suffered an occupational hazard and is being very well paid for the outcome of her street-corner meetings. How about all of the other victims and their families? I would far rather hear reports about the innocents involved rather than hearing daily reports about some corrupt political hack.
An apparently fatal head wound miraculously healed?
One could almost call it “Biblical”.
Just like Obama, whose very first official act as President was authorizing taxpayer funds for overseas abortion clinics, being invited to speak at Notre Dame University…an Abomination of Desolation in the temple.
Annie, being shot is not an occupational hazard of a legislator.
And well-known people get more coverage than anonymous folk like you and me. How many cocaine addicts get nationwide coverage? The ones who are already known nationwide, like Charlie Sheen.
I lived in Giffords district for 2 years (and volunteered for her 2008 opponent, Tim Bee). I strongly disagreed with most of her stands, but I saw no evidence which would support the corrupt charge. If you have such evidence, please link to it. Otherwise, try to be honest about her (liberal on most issues EXCEPT for the 2nd Amendment).
