The World According to Jimmy

April 14, 2008 - 6:15 pm - by Roger L Simon

The following quote gives a good look inside Jimmy Carter’s head:

“The most important single foreign policy goal in my life has been to bring peace to Israel, and peace and justice to Israel’s neighbors. I have done everything I could in office and since I left office to do that,” the paper [Haaretz] quoted Carter as saying.

Peace for the Israelis.

Peace and justice for the Palestinians.

    “Peace for the Israelis.”

    Solitudinem fecerunt, pacem appelunt.

Along w his wanting peace and justice for Israel’s neighbors, but only peace for Israel, consider the following.

Interesting that Carter wants to talk w the bigoted terrorist thug organization Hamas, but he refused to debate Alan Dershowitz at Brandeis. That says something about Mr. Jimmy Carter. And it ain’t exactly complimentary.

  3. 3. Carl Spackler

Carter just want to do to Israel what he did to Iran. Make it a better place, as he see things, anyways.

    Jimmy crack corn….

Jimmy once said he was close to a final solution for Israel. A Freudian slip, I bet.

  6. Carter’s multiplicity of flaws would need some of Elizabeth Barrett Browning’s skill to fully catalog.

How do we loathe thee, Jimmy Carter?

Preening smugly self righteous gasbag putz. By building a couple of homes w/ Habitat and taking credit for the brave actions of Begin and Sadat, he’s managed to convince the true believers that he wasn’t the complete failure as a president that empirical facts say he was.

I really think he wants to damage the United States. Carter and Bush Sr. were the only elected incumbent presidents to lose running for a second term. Bush Sr. could at least console himself with a 12 year run as VP and then Pres., but Jimmy Carter had to have felt rejected by the American people. To prove that he was right and America was wrong, he sucks up to every tin horn dictator that’s willing to say bad things about the US.

Carter is a fanatic antisemite who hates Jews with a passion. I saw him being interviewed once by Bill Moyers, and he began referring to Jews as “the Chosen People”, his voice dripping with hatred, venom and contempt as if he were David Duke at a Nazi rally. Carter is as bad if not worse than Duke, Buchanan and Farrakhan.

And the reason has nothing to do with Israel and the Palestinians. Carter and his flunkys blame Jews for his loss in the 1980 election. Never mind the fact that the stereotypical “Reagan Democrat” was a blue-collar Catholic, or that we had a humiliating hostage crisis and double-digit inflation. Carter is a classic antisemite – an embittered loser who cannot own up to his own failures or shortcomings, so he blames it all on the Joooos.

Oops, did I say “bitter”? Well, Carter would have been better off “clinging” to guns and religion rather than his wretched bigotry.

Peace and justice for the Palestinians

    No justice, No peace?
    A former POTUS, fomenting violence?

Doesn’t anybody get put out to pasture anymore?

The man is out of his freaking mind.

I hear that Bill Clinton was none too happy with him for his “help” with North Korea back in the 90′s as well.

  11. 11. Boojum

I am chewing over the scenario where Carter goes to Gaza and is kidnapped by Hamas.

Various conclusions play in my mind …

They might, and then retch him up, Boojum, like bad chum.

Last Fall Carter claimed he only needed one more helicopter to rescue the hostages, and then would have been re-elected. Yes, he said that, and went on to say he would have done nothing different during his presidency.

This is something worse than denial…if it isn’t pscyhotic there’s a moral lesson to be learned from it. Carter is evil, and like all evil men, he presents himself as doing good.

He’s a rotten goober, too. Apologies to good goobers.
