Did it ever occur to anyone, ANYONE, that the election process in America, especially American cities is and has been corrupt ?

Are we so dumb that we cannot create a system which catches anyone voting more than once, or anyone who is not a citizen voting at all ?

When you get the transporter fixed, Scotty, beam me up.
