The Dallas Sci-Fi Expo wrapped up on Sunday, February 10. We snapped photos of some of the best, most creative and most disturbing costumes of the show. Click on a thumbnail below to view photo galleries. They’re divided into Girls, Groups, and Guys.
You can see more costumes from the Dallas Sci-Fi Expo here.
We interviewed Battlestar Galactica’s Tricia Helfer, here.
And ran into MickeyDeadMau5Trooper here.

So, who else only clicked on the girls?
Woot woot!
Guilty as charged!
Bryan, thanks for all the photos. Maybe next year I’ll have the resources to go. Is it the same time each year? Dallas is a bit of a drive from the Ft Hood area, but the convention looks like fun.
I have wanted to go to a SF convention as a SGC team member a’la Stargate SG-1′s early years.
My pleasure, it was a fun show. I think it is about the same time every year. They are also putting on the Dallas Comic-Con in May. I may cover that too, who knows? It should be larger than this show was.
I go to these conventions every year, they’re great shows and they’ve been getting exponentially more popular. Last year’s Dallas Comic Con drew a crowd of over 20,000 people I believe. I expect the one this May to be pretty huge, although it shouldn’t be quite as insane as last year’s. I think they’re figuring out more effective ways to organize and run the conventions. (note, I’m the Starfleet captain in a tactical setup in one of the group photos)
