No Virginia, the RNC CANNOT Monitor Polls for Ballot Security
Much of the conservative world seems shocked that the RNC is constrained from doing anything about voter fraud. The left wing blogosphere is laughing at everyone who didn’t know this already. To me, it’s old old news – sort of like the abolition of poll taxes. In fact, the abolition of poll taxes in 1964 is closer in time to the consent decree that the RNC entered with the DNC in 1982 than we are today distant from that same 1982 consent decree.
Simply, under the terms of the order, the RNC cannot engage in ballot security efforts to combat voter fraud.
This is part of the larger pattern of conservatives simply not understanding the way the left has manipulated the Machine. Read my piece at Front Page for more warnings about the state of play.
To the RNC’s credit, they’ve tried to get out of it. So it is up to private citizens to make sure our polls are free from criminal conduct.
I am beginning to really dislike the RNC. And Republicans (establishment) as well.

Third party? No party? Party hardy? I could care less. I’m a Conservative, a Tea Party supporter with libertarian leanings. I’m not a Republican.

Looks like it’s time to replace the RNC with an organization not party to this consent decree.
Your county Republican committee nor is your state’s Republican Party part of the Republican National Committee (RNC). So what’s stopping you from monitoring polls? Yeah, yeah, outrage at other people who aren’t doing your job for you is fun. Have at it. But stop complaining. Pouting is so childish.
Really, the only job the RNC has any special competence for is organizing the Republican National Convention so delegates from state Republican parties can briefly unite to choose nominees for national office. Everything else is really best done at a more local level.
THIS would be a good start.
What’s the problem? The left, particularly this administration, has no difficulty ignoring inconvenient laws, or the Constitution. Use a little judo on the Dems.

Any precinct that has more registered voters than population should have all it’s election officers jailed.
No kidding. The Left gets to break the law by committing voter fraud, but somehow the RNC is still constrained by the law that says they can’t do anything about it?

Considering this, it’s amazing that the Democrat party — which gave us Jim Crow and the Klan — is not permanently barred as a criminal organization.
I also while technically a Republican for a short period longer, am far more TEA Party. And I told our County Republican Central Committee that last Tuesday night, as I did a presentation on the court decree and the vote fraud committed by the Democrats nationwide. It is 59 pages, but I especially direct your attention to page 15 which has a non-inclusive list of specifically forbidden activity.
Our county Republican Party is about 1/3 TEA Party and we hold about 1/3 of the Central Committee.
I pointed out that the Republican Party signed this, that the decree holds until December 1, 2017 unless extended by the court at the request of the Democrats, and that it only applies to the Republican Party. And that if the Republicans cannot, or will not, prevent the Democrats from stealing elections like November 6, then a 3rd Party is necessary because the Republicans are always going to lose.
I got a lot of applause.

I’m amazed that the RNC was ever so stupid as to lift the New Jersey issue up into a national consent decree.
I cannot imagine any circumstance whereby the Democrat Machine will ever permit this injunction to lapse.
Hence, the GOP is defunct at the national level.
Barry and the Machine Crew have established Chicago on the Potomac — which prior history shows will endure for generations — or till they run out of currency.
Central has destroyed both American political parties. (!)
Fresh ones must be built up from the ground.

Um, ok. But who wanted the RNC to monitor polls in the first place? Given the general level of competence we see in the party’s upper-management I’d prefer they stayed away from anything this important. Preventing election fraud is not a partisan issue and there’s no benefit in making it into one.
The citizens have no power, not anymore. How are we supposed to prevent such massive voter fraud? Someone actually lay out an effective, cohesive plan that the sane half of the American people can realistically implement. No? Didn’t think so. So, if our own government is a freedom-crushing mix of corruption (Dems)and fecklessness (Repubs), what is the point of bothering to vote? What is the point of even having a Republican Party, when they’re clearly weak, foolish, gullible, easily manipulated and cowards? I’m ashamed of them. They are useless. They are as much to blame for the destruction of our country as the Dems are. And no wonder both are so afraid of the Tea Party. Maybe that’s our only route. I’m in if you guys are.
Well, join another party that’s not part of the decree.
Some right-wing community organization PAC needs to take up the slack in this issue. The conflicts will make the news possibly and the sheeple, the takers the taken in, and the taken may see this inequality brought to light.
The lefties that laugh are not afraid of communism, they just revel in a win against the nameless, faceless enemy that the media has helped them lie to themselves about. Tea Party has heart but the fact is that they should bea fear to the left and not to the right. if they would tweak their absolutism abortion stance to a reasonable one like only for rape, incest and to save the life (and health) of the mother we could get further along on making abortion safe, available and rare as the dems prate when the issue is challenged in regular times.
Right now the issue is moot as obama and Margaret Sanger have the same attitude about the inner cities and anyone who thinks or says otherwise is a racist. Topsy turvy turned around and upside down world?

I’ve never seen any Tea Party group take a stance on abortion; but admit I can’t make sense of what you wrote about it there, so you could be referring to the Republicans or even to the Martian Maoists.
While committing election fraud is illegal, I don’t believe that voting for fictional candidates is illegal (correct me if I’m wrong on this).
I once had the misforture of living/working in Cook county, IL for a number of years. I saw the vote fraud in action while attempting to vote there. Poll workers laughed off my offer of showing my voter registration/ID when I went to vote in 2004 (something I’d gotten accustomed to in my native Indiana). They absolutely DO NOT check ID at the polling places in Chicago. An individual walks from one precinct to the next, casting as many ballots as they can. I imagine it’s the same at other large urban centers across the country.
So, here’s my idea…what if we had a wave of out-of-state, out-of-county etc. conservatives just show up at various polling places in major urban centers across the country and take a ballot, writing in candidates like “George Washington”, “Thomas Jefferson”, etc.?
I think if enough of these false flag ballots began to show up, the Demo-rat party might start to get serious about instituting some serious Voter ID laws.

At this time and age, it’s easier to fix the ballot count. Put in a few segments of codes to fill in the desired results. Like a virus, it’s easy to do, hard to detect.
Stuffing the ballot boxes with dead and illegal voters and hanging chads is so last century.
If the Republicans are not as stupid as they look, they should pay more attention to the counting.
If the RNC, and we few American’s who actually care about such things, can’t STOP the voter fraud that the Democrats are using to win elections, maybe the RNC, and others, should begin organizing voter fraud organizations (such as ACORN) and techniques of their own. Maybe if the RNC can cheat even worse than the DNC, maybe the left will change their minds about admitting voter fraud exists and decide it’s better to END all voter fraud than allow the Republican’s to use the Democrats own tactics against them.
So (again) what you’re saying (with presumably a straight face) is that the GOP walked open eyed into an agreement handcuffing themselves to letting the new mob run elections?
Job 1. Get out of the agreement. Whatever it takes. Job 2. ACORN, Media Matters, AFL-CIO, Teachers Unions, SEIU. Those are the organizations on the top of my head that come to mind as fronts for the DNC. If you can’t bust em than we need our own. Job 3. If it’s true the GOP (as the pleasant version of the Dems) is the only alternative to the other side, than we’re danger close to Tree of Liberty watering time.

I was a poll watcher for the 2004 election. We had to attend a meeting about how to record any infringement of voting regs. We were told at that time that the GOP had a big squad of attorneys who would be working on this.
And GOP leaders did have a “big squad of attorneys” on hand to call. Those legal wizards just weren’t in the employ of the Republican National Committee (RNC). Duh.
The #1 sign of political ignorance on display ’round these parts today is the belief that the entire GOP is the RNC and the RNC alone. That is wrong, wrong, wrong.
Nothing is stopping you and your gal pals from joining a poll monitoring effort through your local county or even state Republican Party organization. (They’re independent of the RNC.) So get busy.
P.S. A lot of folks commenting in this thread really should go back and take a middle school class in basic American Civics and pass it before making any more comments here. Ignorance is Obama’s Strength.
As a voter, if I sued both parties regarding this consent decree, I would be told by the courts that I do not have “standing” just like those who challenged Obama’s legitimacy as President over the birthplace issue.

I do not doubt that they did. However, attorneys work for what they and their clients perceive as the interests of the clients. The GOP was their client. Did they define the client’s interest as stopping vote fraud, or stopping any inquiry into vote fraud? These are attorneys. Most politicians are attorneys. Attorneys are not guided by law, morality, ethics, or the Constitution. They are driven by power and self-interest, regardless of who gets hurt.

So, if this is true, and I know it is … in what way, either substantive or theoretical, is our government any different from that of the Soviet Union, North Korea, the PRC, Zimbabwe, or other officially communist regime? In what way does the current regime have any pretense of legitimacy? When the Viet Cong robbed villagers of their crops and meager funds, they called it “tax collection”. A woman who is forcibly raped at least retains her honor, the woman who willingly cooperates becomes a whore.
Is there a legal procedure for overturning this court order?
Read the link to the consent decree. Already been tried, over and over and over. Should have never been agreed to in the first place.
Apparently this consent decree was the result of voter caging, a process by which voter registrations are challenged when a direct mailing to the address on file for a voter is returned as undeliverable.
This process has apparently been misused in the past to target areas that tend to vote for one party, while areas that vote for the other are not subjected to the same scrutiny. Such selective targeting is of course bullshit. The sacred duty to participate in the electoral process should not be denied to someone on basis of which party or candidate they favor. Voter caging is only valid when applied to everyone equally.
The good news is that voter caging is unnecessary, at least in some places.
Several states now require voters to present valid (aka state issued and unexpired) ID at the polls. In Arizona at least, the address listed on the ID must match the address listed in the voter rolls. This should, if enforced, reduce voter fraud immensely and be far more reliable than voter caging. Far better to have voter registration and polling procedures that rely on valid ID to preempt the possibility of voter fraud in the first place.
Of course the left tries to portray such ID requirements as “racist.”
What no one knew until just recently is that only pasty-faced crackers are allowed by law to possess valid ID. A driver’s license is something that only white people can get. Did you know that? I didn’t, but apparently this has been the case all along. If you’re some other ethnicity or race, the DMV will turn you away. Americans who fall into these other racial categories are not allowed to have driver’s licenses. All those drivers from other races and ethnicities we encounter on the road each day are all driving without a license. All those people of other races and ethnicities we see in line at our bank cashing checks and doing other ID based transactions don’t actually possess ID at all. The bank doesn’t require them to, because that would be racist. Only white people have to prove their identities.
The Commies have won without firing a shot.
Anyone that votes on an Electronic voting machine is stupid.
Where does your vote go? You will never know, because the programmer can make it go wherever he wants even printing out a fake receipt for your vote.
And guess who “maintains” the machines…the SEIU that is controlled and funded by the Dems.
If you want the Republic to survive, demand from your Governor and state legislators to get rid of Motor Voter, Early Voting, Absentee without being absent, and Electronic voting.
Demand everyone show ID gotten by showing Birth Cert and Residency at a State Registration Office. No other registration will be valid.
If the Feds object, Ignore them, stating that your citizens demand fair elections with no chance of fraud.
Probably only one more chance to do this.
After that, expect the worse and prepare for it.
