Holder’s DOJ Spanked for Possible Misconduct in New Orleans Police Prosecutions
November 28th, 2012 - 5:19 pm
I will have more on this stunning development later. In sum, the Eric Holder-run Justice Department prosecuted several New Orleans police officers for conduct during Hurricane Katrina. During the case, it seems a couple of attorneys were acting very very badly, to the detriment of the defendants’ due process rights. Here is the opinion issued this week. It is worth a read to see what government lawyers are capable of.

Is it possible to have a summary of this in English for us mortals?
Let me translate: Bad Justice Department lawyer investigating what DOJ says is bad cop. DOJ lawyer caught engaging in shockingly childish behavior. Read the opinion to find out more.
*Yawn* Something else to be swept under the rug. oh, look, *yawn*, squirrel. *snore* *crickets* Oh, yeah, racist! *snore*
Gee, some cops being treated poorly by the fedgov…bad karma perchance, or are these creatures of government starting to eat their own. Either way, eff ‘em all.
The Feds under Eric Holder have been beating up the Seattle police department for months. It’s hard to honor the Federal position under such leadership, with such examples as New Orleans coming to light, and even our eccentric Mayor is right to question Holder’s gang.
