Pat Moran Relied on Civil Rights Lawyers for Voter Fraud
Now we know why civil rights groups like the NAACP, ACLU, and the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights are so upset about election integrity groups like True the Vote monitoring the polls on November 6. Pat Moran gave us a clue yesterday.
Moran revealed on James O’Keefe’s undercover video why these groups have been so dishonest, ugly, and desperate to smear True the Vote and keep them out of the polls.
Simply, the “election protection” operation of these civil rights groups was seen, at least to Moran, as the final step in committing voter fraud.
Moran was the field director of his father’s reelection campaign and worked out of the joint campaign office for President Obama and Democrat Senate candidate Tim Kaine in Virginia.
Let’s look at the full video of Moran that led to his firing from the campaign.
In the video, O’Keefe’s plant tells Moran that he has a pile of names of inactive voters. The plant wants to drive a van around and vote for them. Because Virginia’s voter ID law is a joke, and a utility bill will suffice, the plant intends to use phony utility bills. Moran suggests ways to advance the scheme, including forgery using Microsoft Word.
Enter the “election protection” efforts of the civil rights groups. In case these phony utility bills create a stir inside the polls, Moran has the solution – the army of left-wing lawyers who will be embedded inside the polls from groups like the ACLU, the NAACP, and the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights.
The plant doubts Virginia “will be really strict about enforcing” the new pseudo-voter ID law.
Moran has just the ticket for questionable phony utility bills – the “election protection” lawyers from the left:
Moran: I think the poll will be pretty trained up on it because they’ll be ready for all the voter protection. They’ll be cracking down. You’ll have somebody in house that if they feel that what you have is legitimate they’ll argue for you. And I imagine that…
Plant: The OFA lawyer?
Moran: The OFA lawyer, yeah, or provided by the communities or the committees.
Take note – Moran explicitly says the lawyers from Obama’s Organizing for America, the communities, or the committees would be in the polls who will “argue for” the phony utility bill to be counted. “Voter protection” refers to the efforts by civil rights groups to place lawyers at the polls to push through and advocate for voters with questionable eligibility.
If we ever saw a reason why states should enact real photo-identification requirements, Pat Moran just gave it to us. Not only is the system vulnerable, but top Democrat field operatives understand how the civil rights groups in the polls combined with criminal behavior could result in illegal voting.
O’Keefe’s plant also says “there’s a law and then there’s enforcement.”
Moran lets loose:
And there will be a lot of voter protection. So if they just have the utility bill or a statement … but they can fake a utility bill with ease.
And
But it has to be like a utility bill or something like that. So you have to forge it.
To make sure that the voters don’t actually vote, Moran urges the plant to call them ahead of time. “And then identify. I think that first sweep, just call, hey, I’m calling up … you can even just call and be like a pollster.”
Now we know why these civil rights groups don’t want True the Vote and Tea Party groups in the polls on Election Day.
Moran’s suggestion ensures the criminal only votes for voters who never planned to vote.
There is no way, of course, to know if the civil rights groups consider themselves cogs in a voter fraud machine. But one thing we do know for sure is that a top Democrat Party field operative does consider them so. We know for sure that this top field operative saw poll monitors from groups like the NAACP and the Lawyers’ Committee as the final component to ensure that voters possessing utility bills forged on Microsoft Word would cast a ballot in a key swing state.
Perhaps these civil rights groups don’t share Moran’s criminal mindset. But the fury, lies, and venom that these groups and their shills in the far-left media have unleashed might reveal otherwise.
How else to explain one lie after another against honest Americans who simply want to stand in the polls with a clipboard and observe the process? How else do you explain the threats from thugs at the SEIU toward law-abiding Americans who want to watch the process which Moran thought might include forged utility bills?
Next year, the Virginia legislature must fix this flimsy voter ID law to require real photo ID. They can call it the “Moran Act.”
Pat Moran also beclowned his congressman dad. Before O’Keefe pounced yesterday afternoon, daddy was hectoring the Virginia State Board of Elections in the morning to take a tough stance against fraud perpetrated by a Republican. Congressman Moran hasn’t sustained his new-found concern over voter fraud, or made any new demands on the State Board of Elections today about his son.
The Obama campaign should be very concerned that O’Keefe has plants with cameras on the inside in Obama offices all across the country. It makes you wonder which Obama campaign staffer James O’Keefe will make famous the last week of the campaign.
The far left has begrudgingly admitted O’Keefe struck gold in nailing Moran, including the Maddow Blog and Slate. Salon says the Moran hit was “detailed, extensive, and clear… no misleading edits.”
But the clearest and most revealing part of the Pat Moran tapes is the extent to which the left’s election protection lawyers are seen as a tool to consummate voter fraud. At least one top operative saw these lawyers as polling-place muscle to ensure that every fraudulent vote is counted, rather than caught.

There are really three things that need to be done to overcome voter fraud. First, purge the rolls of ineligible names. Second, require a photo ID for voting and have it marked with a hole punch when voting. Third, have that ink-stained finger a la Iraq to prevent people using multiple IDs.
May i add one more? Bring your camera phones to the voting location, might see something odd.
And very much simpler: national voter registration rather than statewide, each individual who’s allowed to vote gets a ballot mailed to their registered mailing address (yes, tough luck on homeless people with no PO box or place of residence).
On election day, turn up at the assigned polling station (and nowhere else), hand in the ballot and your photo id.
The two are matched and crossed off on a list. If someone else were later to turn up with the same ballot number, they’re arrested on the spot for election fraud unless they can present evidence that the prior vote was made using stolen or fraudulently copied ID of course).
You plan to punch a hole in my driver’s license, bub?
Scan, maybe. Enter DL number, yes. Hole? NO WAY.
I’m talking about a hole less than a 1/16th of an inch, not the gaping hole you panicked about. The perimeter of the license could be marked with a few Presidential Election dates and the hole could mark the one in which you participated. The intent is to inhibit someone from being registered in several polling locations and using that valid ID to vote multiple times. However, it might be sufficient to use that ink-stained finger as an indicator of having already voted. It could be the new badge-of-honor similar to an “I gave blood” sticker I’ve seen at blood donation sites.
And then, there’s this (from a leftwing outlet of the LSM, in bullsh*ter-in-chiel’s tank):

Beyond reasonable doubt, this November 6 election is likely 2 be stollen – more likely so, as the national polls show R slightly ahead with more or at 50% of the votes.
This e-voting fraud from early voting in N. Carolina, just in:
http://myfox8.com/2012/10/24/more-early-voting-issues-in-guilford-county/
Apparently seeing this, Real Clear Politics Election 2012 page has just switched N. Carolina to the Bullsh*ter-In-Chief.
Will Romney have power to reform the DOJ voting rights section? Can that make a difference in facilitating passage of Voter ID laws?
Depends on who the AG is. The people on this list will:
http://pjmedia.com/jchristianadams/2012/08/29/how-to-replace-eric-holder-president-romney-style/
Regardless of who the AG is, is any reform of the voting rights section possible without prior modification of the Voting Rights Act?
Well, this pretty much “takes the guinea biscuit” as Bertie Wooster might say….time to kick some serious ass
Time for the governor to issue an executive order – each polling place should have lists of customer service telephone numbers for each local utility to confirm account numbers on any utility bill presented as identification are consistent with the name and address – any failure to confirm would summon a Virginia State Trooper to investigate further.
And it’s high time to demand fraud-resistant id cards to vote – there are plenty of instances of document mills busted in VA who’ve produced Social Security cards, drivers licenses, etc, for illegal aliens – time to put an end to voter disenfranchisement in VA.
The notion that the Dem machine is anything, but thoroughly bought & paid for, as well as a corrupt entity for leftist/Islamist shenanigans, is beyond dispute. That ship has sailed.
In fact, the leftist organs which prop them up are filled to the brim with lawyers who must be placed in jail cells, let alone disbarred. And the fact that the Radical-in-Chief & AG Holder are the BIGGEST lawbreakers of all, gives them cover for their illegal misdeeds.
As is their wont, reigning in a lawbreaker is nary impossible – http://adinakutnicki.com/2012/10/20/what-are-the-chances-of-reining-in-a-lawbreaker-in-chief-who-abets-illegal-aliens-then-punishes-those-who-expose-said-lawbreaking-addendum-to-the-results-of-washingtons-dictator-in-chief-via/
Once the election is over, and its integrity verified, there must be quick payback. Conservatives would do well to start making lists.
And if convicted (fat chance there under Holder in term#2) , Obama will pardon this one and all the rest.
sarah silverman…perez hilton,
call your office, or at least your personal assistant.
this isn’t a bunch of community activist hacks. it is the son of a sitting democrat representative, explicitly stating how voter fraud is supported by democrat ‘leaning’ lawyers and providing the blue print for it’s practice.
at this point, there is zero case to be made against voter id laws. forget about making the right to vote, harder. this is about making fraud, harder.
moron jr needs to be in custody til the election is over. if the us attorney passes on this ‘freebie’, he needs to be disbarred.
Enlist on the Home Front, the war to save our Liberties must begin at our voting places! May the parents be as brave as their children serving overseas.
Wow. You know you nailed the left on something when Salon won’t give you an argument.
You go out of your way, Mr. Adams, to avoid specifically accusing the lawyers and other poll watching apparatchiks of participating in or facitating vote fraud; I’m not so constrained. They are there for the specific purpose of participating in and facilitating voter fraud and only the most naive and idealistic among them might, just might, not know it.
Thirty-odd years ago when voter fraud was the exclusive province of unions and the big-city machines, I was a low-level union hand, relatively young and quite new to the game, but trusted enough to be assigned to a major federal campaign. In the guise of GOTV, I was working lists and producing lists. Even in those days before Motor Voter when there was some interest in accurate lists, we were VERY interested in producing the list of registered voters that we knew were no longer in the district or who could not be contacted. We generated the lists of people we couldn’t contact or that we could definitively say were no longer around and passed the list on; we had no illusions about why. On election day we had our list of those who’d already voted absentee and we checked off everyone who voted in person. By 7PM, polls closed at 8PM we transmitted our list of everyone who HAD NOT voted yet to the hall and the boys saddled up to go vote. Things are a lot more sophisticated now.
TN voter ID law upheld but state to appeal ruling Posted: Oct 25, 2012

There’s no such thing as voter fraud. Voter fraud is the equivalent of committing a felony at a police station: You’ll never get away with it, and the penalties are severe.
The real problem is ELECTION fraud: ballot stuffing, electronic voting machine tampering, and cases of campaign employees, like the Republican kid in Virginia, who simply threw registration forms in a dumpster. Voter ID laws will do absolutely nothing to stop election fraud. Of course, Republicans don’t really care about election fraud, they just care about winning the election by any means necessary, and if that means purging and intimidating eligible voters, so be it. Because who cares about Democracy if my team doesn’t win, amirite?
What would happen if each voter were photographed, and their ballot number imprinted into the image, as their vote was tallied? If the same voter were to vote in another precinct using a different name, a simple comparison of the images would be incontrovertible evidence of voter fraud. Funny how people become much more shy when their picture is attached to evidence of fraud, as it is committed.
If this were done nationally, buses of ‘provisional voters’ could not be sent from city to city on election day.
It also precludes the ‘suppress voting’ angle, as you show, vote and have your picture taken. No identification necessary, as we know who you ‘are’, and honest voters should have no problem with a digital image being stored in the voter records. Cost? I dunno, value? Maybe priceless.

Jim Moran will still win his seat handily. Moran’s Morons are legion, and love their decadent eurosexual lifestyles. They couldn’t care less about the rest of Virginia or the country at large.
Actually, Bozo, the sad thing is that they do care about the rest of the country but are so delusional that they think Moran is part of the solution, not part of the problem. They are well-intentioned, well-paid (living in Arlington is not cheap with million-dollar homes the rule, not the exception) and likely believe they will endure some minor suffering, but that it will be for the greater good. They don’t see Obama’s power grabs as bad, because he’s their guy and he’s doing it for the right reasons, while if it were Bush or Romney, they would be aghast at the possibilities. It’s a frustrating place to vote, but one does anyway.
If you think that fake utility bills aren’t a problem just do a google search for ‘forged utility bill’
This is just one article that came up;

I’ve really got to hand it to the Project Veritas plant who got Moran to spill. I couldn’t be that gutsy in the belly of the beast like he was.
