Holder Charges Kidnapping Solicitation of White Supremacist, Not New Black Panthers
Here we go again. Eric Holder’s Justice Department last month oversaw a guilty plea for solicitation of kidnapping, a federal offense. Jayen Patel entered a plea in New Jersey for soliciting a purported white supremacist (actually an FBI agent acting as a white supremacist) to conduct a kidnapping.
I wrote earlier this week and appeared on Fox News to say that solicitation of kidnapping is a federal crime. The New Black Panther Party has put a bounty out on George Zimmerman being taken “dead or alive.” From Eric Holder, crickets.
The bounty posters, incidentally, changed from the original posters which plainly stated “dead or alive.” This is standard procedure for the New Black Panthers. Even the toned-down poster has been removed from the New Black Panther website. The Panthers tone down their language after first stoking up the mob, which is the real mission. Once the public at large learns of their behavior, they get more civilized.
Changing an outrageous public statement after the fact of the Philadelphia voter intimidation was incredibly persuasive to the attorneys in Holder’s Justice Department.
Will Eric Holder at last open an investigation into the criminal conduct of the New Black Panthers? Will there be arrests like in the Jayen Patel case? It sure would be a way to put an end to the New Black Panther albatross that hangs around Eric Holder’s neck, and will through November. And it will be a much heavier albatross with the events in Sanford.
I read your book. You should know that this particular DOJ will not pursue a NBP conviction, unless somebody is actually killed and their hand is forced.
BTW, I “gifted” your book (pay it forwward) to my somewhat liberal son in law after I read it. It made him angry, but in a good way.

Mr. Adams, perhaps you misread the post. Your book also made me angry “in a good way”; at the DOJ. My wife was so incensed (in a good way) that she couldn’t get past the first chapter.
The Solicitation in this case is the equivilant as an “Aid Of Racketeering” to have a “Hit” placed on Mr. Zimmerman, as a Thug “Criminal Racketeering Enterprise” operation in the stream of “Interstate Commerce”.
With a Statute Of Limitations Of “Ten” years for continuing “Criminal Predicated Acts” and violations of federal law. The next Conservative U.S. Attorney General can indict these Ass-Clowns and convict them.

That’s what I keep thinking about. Statutes of limitations won’t be up if/when President Romney takes office in 2013. Any bets on some better-late-than-never prosecutions? I guess it depends on who Romney picks for AG, but I wouldn’t put it past him to keep Holder! (Okay, fairy tale, but you get the idea.)

Much as I hate to admit it, I give Hanks a slight pass. Why? He’s a hollywierdo who, if you remember, started his career playing at a TV show that featured someone who had to put on a ruse in order to live affordably. This is what actors do, day-in/day-out. They are salespeople and salespeople often forget to look deeper than the veneer of others, partly because they think that because they’re so good at their “craft” (pretending to be someone else) that they have the angle on everyone they meet. And by golly, if Hanks likes ol’ Barry D’oh-bama, then he must be right.
But one has to ask, “How is it that you people, who spend your entire career at pretense know when it’s pretense when it’s being played on you?”

Plastic people engender plastic environs. Hanks is actually star-struck by the D’oh-bama veneer. And, he’s been indoctrinated with the hollyweird line of thinking about racism/sexism/any-ism. He’s buried thick and buried deep in a total world of BS. He just doesn’t know it. He’s also insulated from his own frailty.
To be fair, he lives the life of Riley and doesn’t have to be realistic about anything, except perhaps his salary, which is his lifeblood to remaining popular. He’s good at one thing: Pretending to be someone else convincingly enough that the movie-going public likes it. The characters in the movies he’s played often have a moral slant to them but people are somehow surprised to find out he’s really a closet socialist? I’m not.
He simply, after arriving at what he thought the character should be like, did so and people make the classic mistake of actually believing he’s like that somehow.
He’s a movie star. No more intelligent than you or I but who has a talent that you and I do not possess. Ironically, that being how to fake it at being someone else.

I’ve also been saying that Obama won’t let go without a really ugly fight. I wouldn’t put it past him to find a way to postpone or cancel the election. Won’t matter if it’s the first time in history, he seems to be pretty good at “first time in history” violations of the constitution. We must remember to take the congressional elections just as important as the presidential one. That is if we are even allowed to vote……

I think you are right. In my opinion, look for massive dissemblance of events from the leftist media, unprecedented voter fraud and some degree of voter intimidation, and much stoking of the flames of class hatred. An example of class resentment that will work well with certain whites and Hispanics will be making the probable Republican nominee, Mitt Romney, appear to be so uber-wealthy that he is out of touch with ordinary voters. Let’s hope that a majority of voters have opened their eyes and have become wise to these games.
With an attorney general who is willing to stonewall a congressional investigation into federal gun-walking, as well as to do everything possible to prevent photo identification at the polls, a person would be very naive to expect honest election oversight. The election will happen, but the results are likely to be questionable.
To paraphrase Uncle Joe Stalin, “who votes isn’t important; who counts the vote is.” Recall, while thinking about that, that Soros and company have spent a ton of money to get as many Democrat Secretaries of State installed as possible. Just look back at Minnesota and Al Franken.
I agree with you, Ed. I also believe there will be attempts at voter intimidation, especially against the white elderly. I live in a town that, unfortunately, tends to lean left and since the redistricting, the district is distinctly left (60 miles outside of Chicago). However, I haven’t seen or heard of any Philadelphia-style intimidation efforts. Still, my dad and mom have expressed concerns in the past about going to the polls, because of “funny” remarks (during the primaries we must declare, and therefore we’ve heard “Oh, you need one of THOSE {voting sheets}”).

Send the Black Panthers to be poll watchers in the ‘burbs. Get the unions singing songs and carrying signs in the medium size cities. Put the OWS idiots in front of the homes of the “little Eichmans” in the ‘burbs. The bobos in the ‘burbs either cower in fear at home and don’t vote at all or dutifully go vote for Comrade Obama so that nobody gets upset. If I can think it up, so can they.

1. Grand Jury is empaneled to review all data about the shooting of Trayvon Martin by George Zimmerman.
2. The Grand Jury reviews Mr. Zimmerman’s statements, the police reports, the ambulance logs, the coroner’s report, and all witness testimony prevalent to the case and returns a verdict of No Bill against George Zimmerman and he, metaphorically, walks out a free man.
3. Inspired by the rhetoric of Black Political leaders like Farrakhan, Sharpton, Jackson, and the New Black Panther Party massive riots break out in the urban core of several large American Cities. Orlando and Miami being particularly violent examples.
4. In Florida many small business owners and home owners take advantage the state’s ‘castle doctrine’ policy on the use of deadly force to protect their lives and property against the rampaging mobs.
5. Attorney General Holder is finally forced to act to protect the lives and civil rights of American Citizens – against the Florida homeowners and businessmen.

Obama and his underling Holder, with the help of their media stooges are starting a race war between blacks and Latinos, for what purpose I can only speculate. It is hard to believe that Obama and Holder have said nothing to stave off the growing violence; to the contrary, what has been said is as inflammatory as not saying what should be said. It is already beginning with the gangs, and domestic Latino gangs especially have frightening connections. First Gunwalker, now this. They must surely know they will lose the Latino vote along with what remains of peace-loving independents. I can’t believe it is just incompetence.

Patel is a common name in India. India is predominantly Hindu although there are minorities of Muslims, Christians, and other faiths. I think it’s a bit of a stretch to assume that Patel is Muslim….

This week I keep hearing the left laughing off Andrew Breitbart’s Derek Bell video as a fizzle and a non-event, but for anybody that took the time to look at what “Critical Race Theory” is all about, and whether Obama is a member of Professor Bell’s Cult, …well this week you found out. Here is what CRT would say about the Trayvon tragedy (Their teachings not mine):

After reading the comments I truly hope you’re right about the martial law scenario being a fantasy Mr. Adams. I hope people in government are not that stupid. But as far as the more demented & sycophantic supporters of the current administration are concerned I believe some may truly be looking for an excuse to right wrongs, whether real or imagined, should the president fail to win re election. Peaceful power transitions have always set America apart from other nations,I pray that continues, but fear a growing number of my countrymen will no longer be content with that.
Lets examine the Black Race Hustlers ‘profiling’ claims shall we. Blacks form just 13% of the US population , and Black males only 6%. RACIST Affirmative Action artificially boosting prospects for BLACKS ONLY has been around 20 years or more. So where has this totally unjustified Racist movement got us. Well Black males, a mere 6% of the population, commit 50% of all the murders and 60% of all the violent crime in the USA. Statistically the most likely cause of death for a Black youth under 25 is to be killed by another Black youth.
So is there too much ‘Racial Profiling’ going on, not at all there is obvious NOT ENOUGH.

I don’t believe in Evolution, but probably all liberals do. This comment is not about Evolution, but the inconsistency there is from the liberals to uphold their own worldview. If blacks are statistically more likely to committ crimes then couldn’t it be argued as a matter of Natural Selection (I do believe Natural Selection is fact) when people will automatically become leary of a black person, namely a black male dressed like a hoodlum, who, say, enters a convenience store. Aren’t they simply identifying a potential threat and making ready for their own survival – a potential threat as indicated from the same demographic dominating the evening news every night? You’d think that liberals would be more sympathetic to this, since they are sympathetic to the idea that we are all products of our environment.
The difference between the teachings of Clergyman Martin Luther King Jr. and the Critical Race Theory of Professor Bell that Obama, Jesse and Sharpton support is that Dr. King preached, as our forefathers did from the moral authority of inalienable rights that have been endowed to all men by our creators. He did not need to do anything but speak the truth and state the facts as they were. He quoted Victor Hugo by saying, “There is one thing stronger than all the armies in the world, and that is an idea whose time has come.” King stated that he loved America and had supreme faith in the decency of the American people and this faith convinced him that the truth would set us all free if they were made to face the truth.
Critical Race theory is hostile to the truth. It openly admits that it is hostile to evidence and the facts. Jackson, Sharpton and Farakhan openly mock others that attempt to engage them along the lines of evidence, truth and empirical data of any kind. They are focused on a storyline. They crisscross the country in search of events that might support their storyline, but since a compelling real life event that bolsters their storyline is so hard to find, they are forced to make up a lot of the background noise (Sometimes literally with cryptic audio recording analysts that are trained to hear epithets in white noise). In the past decade, their greatest hits have been the Jena 6 which had a storyline that backfired on them, the Diallo case which is undertermined, the Tookie Williams death penalty case which was the defense of a serial race killer, backfire,… Thousands of dead bodies in the Superdome of New Orleans, false…the Oakland Subway shooting which by fanning the racial flames they incited the bloodiest shooting rampage on Police officers in California history (6 dead),… the claim that tea partiers screamed epithets on Capitol Hill, backfired… and then the Duke LaCrosse case which also backfired. Each one of those stories required rabble rousing falsehoods and cries of “No Justice No Peace”, to keep it on the front pages. And the left complied.
Dr. King knew that he only needed the truth and the courage to deliver the truth every day. What cowards these race peddlars of today are.
Yesterday I saw the NBP saying they will not wait for the Justice System, they will rely on the “justice of the street”. The Trayvon mob kept saying “No Justice, No Peace”. Everybody on all sides knows what that means. It means The only justice we will accept is one that we in the mob decide is just, and according to CRT, it is not a form of justice based on evidence in a court of law, nor is it based on Dr. King’s conception of inalienable truths being so powerful as to win out in the end,…no this form of justice, this street justice has no patience for truth raining down from the mountain tops. It requires human sacrifice. A College Lacrosse player maybe. A Korean Store Keeper. A Jew in “Hymie town”….or in this case a “White Hispanic”. So, No Justice… results in no peace, no peace equals violence. Not very King like. These human sacrifices all cover the many colors of the rainbow coalition, and the most ironic sacrifices of this rainbow are the very ones that Jesse is supposed to be protecting. For ever jet flight to Sanford, to Oakland, to Duke University that he makes, he passes through Airports of big cities, where black men are dying by the tens of thousands at the hands of other black men.
Everyday we hear the rants from people from the NAACP, but we forget that it stands for the advancement of colored people. Every day the Critical Race theory race peddlars step over the bodies of their own, in order to try to frame people of any other race but their own with lies and distortions, rather than work for the “advancement” of the young men that, if they had a son, might look like them.
