Nasty Client Website Turns Tables on Angie’s List

Makes sense to me: why shouldn’t small businesses take advantage of the benefits of social media and databases as well as customers?

Ha, over on the Adam Smith Institute blog, I just listened to David Friedman talk about “law without the state”. He talks about just this kind of system as one system that arises. The next step would be to have some arbitrator make a determination so others can know who was found at fault.
