Help Me, President Obama. I Only Have One Refrigerator!

According to a new survey, 9% of those classified as poor have two refrigerators in their homes and 22.7% have a separate freezer. I don’t have either. I think I deserve a handout!

Another interesting factoid about the poor. 78.3% have air conditioning. Moral: It’s a lot better to be poor today than filthy rich in 1900. It wasn’t until 1902 that the great Willis Carrier invented the electric air conditioner.
