Federal employee caught picking pockets

Federal employee Terri Bellamy has been arrested and charged with pick-pocketing and credit card fraud.  Police alleged she hung out in a French café called LaMadeline in Alexandria, Virginia and pick-pocketed wallets and credit cards.  The reports don’t mention which agency employs her.  The IRS perhaps?   More at the Alexandria Times.
