Things have been a little too serious here at the Unwoke Ranch lately. Brokeback the Magic Mescaline Pony gets visibly agitated if we fall behind on our quota of lighthearted episodes that may or may not offend some people.
What better way to jump back into the deep end than with an episode about bikini wrestling?
Better yet, let's make it congressional bikini wrestling.
This episode was inspired by Kevin McCarthy's elbow and Sen. Markwayne Mullin's attempt to throw down with a Teamster. It's good political theater. Kevin and I simply decided that it was more in line with the Unwoke brand if we gave congressional altercations a more patriarchal and chauvinistic twist.
Also: gender pay gap.
We haven't yet discussed whether we will be recording next week. Thanksgiving has really snuck up on us this year, despite the fact that we both have access to calendars.
