Prompting MSNBC to say “sounds like a no,” Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) said that his initial statement on the Senate healthcare proposal is that it “looks like we’re keeping ObamaCare, not repealing it.” With a slim majority in the Senate, the GOP can only concede two senators; but media outlets are reporting that there are already four saying “no.” Will Sen. Paul be a “no” vote because he thinks this bill is really not a limited-government proposal?
