John Kasich Won't Completely Rule Out Running Against Trump in 2020

Gov. John Kasich (R-OH) ran unsuccessfully for the GOP nomination is 2016, and he won’t rule out running again in 2020. Could he be a Republican spoiler against Donald Trump? He certainly is acting like he’s campaigning. How crazy would that be?!?
