There have been a lot of calls for Mitt Romney to apologize to Donald Trump for the speeches he gave during Trump’s campaign. Many have said that Romney would need to give this apology before being seriously considered for Secretary of State. Well, Tuesday night, he came about as close to apologizing as he’s likely going to. He called his discussion with the President-Elect, “enlightening, interesting, and engaging.” He also described Trump’s post-election vision as a “message of inclusion.”
