Chris Christie Says He's Not Stepping Down as Governor

Probably an indication that Chris Christie will not have a role in Trump’s administration, he is saying unequivocally that he will not be stepping down as governor until his term is up. He knows this will disappoint some people on the left side of the aisle, and he apologizes for the inconvenience. It is a little surprising that someone who has been such a strong Donald Trump surrogate would not be offered a cabinet role or another executive branch post.
