Mom's Brilliant Baby Wipes Box Hack Is Getting Rave Reviews

Ever try leaving the house with a baby? You don’t just leave with the baby. You also pack pretty much everything you own, and that can get pretty annoying after a while. Sometimes when you’re just popping out for a quick trip to the store, or to the playground, you don’t necessarily want to lug the giant diaper bag with you (in the event that a poop explosion happens to occur while on the slide or swings…) So what do you do instead? Elizabeth Rasco, who has a face painting business in California, recently shared a brilliant hack to her company’s Facebook page. It’s since been shared nearly 110,000 times.

The mom took a regular box of baby wipes and secured a smaller pack of wipes on the inside. This left plenty of room for all of those other necessities, like diapers, a small changing pad, a change of clothes, and even baggies to hold soiled diapers and clothes!

She writes:

So I have to share this really cool diaper bag hack I accidentally discovered. I know its not face painting related, but I’m pretty sure I have a few moms following that could use this. I also dropped a roll of doggie bags in the bottom for dirty diaper and clothes.

Poked 8 strategically placed holes, strung them with embroidery floss, and tied the headband to the inside. Then dotted the knots with super glue so they would hold for longer. Then if the rubber band breaks or gets too old, it can be easily replaced with a new one. I also put a roll of doggie bags in there for disposal and keeping the soiled clothes in.

The next time you want to just grab your kid and go, simply throw this concoction into your purse! No more need for that bulky, overstuffed diaper bag.
