Trump: 'What Is Taking Place Isn't an Impeachment, It's a Coup'

President Trump has clearly had enough of the Democrats’ ridiculous attempts to undo his presidency. The impeachment procedures launched against him, he writes on Twitter, are nothing more or less than “a coup.” He’s right.

On Twitter, President Trump has taken a firm position against the impeachment “inquiry” launched against him. “As I learn more and more each day,” he writes, “I am coming to the conclusion that what is taking place is not an impeachment, it is a COUP, intended to take away the Power of the People, their VOTE, their Freedoms, their Second Amendment, Religion, Military, Border Wall, and their God-given rights as a Citizen of The United States of America!”

Strong words. But he’s right. The American Fascist Party — ironically called the Democratic Party by its friends in the mainstream media — has been trying to undo the 2016 election results from day one. Initially, they tried to annul the results by accusing Trump of collusion with Russia. When that didn’t pan out, they chose a different path by accusing him of “blackmailing” Ukraine into giving him dirt on Joe Biden, a possible rival in 2020.

Trump didn’t do anything wrong. The transcript of his conversation with the Ukrainian president shows that there was no quid pro quo involved… but none of it matters. “Democrats” (even that word is being distorted by the left, isn’t it?) just can’t accept their defeat.

Trump has to be brought down. The election results have to be overturned. Democracy be damned.

So yes, Trump is right. This entire impeachment scam is nothing more or less than an attempt to stage a coup. And that’s precisely why conservatives have to stand with Trump right now, even if they disagree with a significant part of his policies or if his character disgusts them. The democratically expressed will of the people has to be protected at all costs.
