Biden Says He Would've Won if He Had Run for President

Vice President Joe Biden was asked if he regrets not running for president at his appearance at Colgate University on Friday. He said he didn’t regret not running, but he did regret not being president. He elaborated that he was not ready to give the campaign his all, but he thinks he would’ve won regardless. So, now that Trump is in the White House, Biden says he regrets that he’s not sitting in the Oval Office.
