What Kamala Just Revealed About Her Party Should Terrify You

Most of the time, when Kamala Harris talks, she says nonsensical things, embarrasses herself, and we all laugh. But there really isn't anything funny about what she just said to her fellow Democrats — because of what it means for where the party is headed. She may not be the leader of the Democratic Party by any means, but she is the de facto frontrunner for the 2028 nomination, and in this instance, we shouldn't shrug off what she said as mere posturing. What she revealed is something darker than a policy wish list. It's a roadmap.

Speaking on a Zoom call, Kamala called on Democrats to hold what she described as a "no bad ideas brainstorm" — and then proceeded to rattle off a list of the most radical structural power grabs that no potential presidential candidate would typically admit to, like abolishing the Electoral College, packing the Supreme Court, creating multi-member districts, and fast-track statehood for D.C. and Puerto Rico.

Every single item on that list shares one purpose: blowing up the system to create one where Democrats maintain permanent power. And Harris just told her base that this is what the party is after. This is the new litmus test for Democrats running for president in 2028.

"We've got to neutralize these red states from cheating, including blue states expanding their maps,” Kamala said. “Look, we gotta fight fire with fire. These folks are playing to win. We gotta play to win too."

Why does this matter? Kamala may be a moron, but she’s not a fringe activist venting on a podcast. She is the de facto frontrunner for the Democratic nomination in 2028. I don’t think it will stay that way, but she is establishing herself, staking out her position, and clearly taking cues from the far-left base on how to define herself to make her viable in a primary.

Here’s some interesting context. In 2020, Joe Biden famously refused to answer whether he supported packing the Supreme Court — tap-dancing around the question for weeks because even he understood how toxic it was with voters outside the base. Now, in 2026, the leading candidate for the Democratic nomination isn't dodging the question. She's the one raising it and then doubling down… arguably quadrupling down, going all in, embracing every single power grab possible.

Make no mistake about it, these positions are the new litmus test for 2028 Democrats. No Democrat will be viable in the primary unless they endorse completely blowing up the system to establish permanent power for the Democratic Party.

All that “democracy” they pretend to care about? They aren’t even pretending to care about the will of the people. They want a system that takes the choice away from the people.

It’s a brave new world, indeed. Usually, when a party loses badly enough, you'd expect a reckoning. A moment of honest self-reflection. Some acknowledgment that maybe the voters aren't wrong and the party needs to meet them somewhere in the middle. Instead, Democrats are doing the opposite. They're not asking why they lost. They're asking how to make losing impossible. The answer, apparently, is to blow up every structural check that prevented them from winning.

That tells you everything you need to know about what the Democratic Party has become. The goal isn't to earn a majority. The goal is to engineer one — permanently. They're not running to represent mainstream Americans anymore. They're running to represent the radical left, and they've stopped even pretending otherwise.

This is the Democrats’ endgame, my friends. It’s always been their endgame.
