It’s been a tough year for target market software maker NebuAd. Public protests and federal government investigations into the company’s behavioral-target ad platform have had ISP’s backing away from deals with the company. Meanwhile, the CEO left for greener pastures. And now come the lawsuits. It’s difficult to see how NebuAd, for some the darling of target marketing and for others the dark villain of the Net, can fend off the onslaught and survive.
