Comcast P4P Trial Shows 80% Speed Boost For P2P Downloads

Comcast has released results of its P4P trials and things look good. The report suggests that the P4P iTracker Technology can boost P2P download speeds 80 percent without adding any real strain to the network.  For overloaded ISP’s, P4P may offer a simple, inexpensive solution to faster downloads and better traffic management.
