Raising Of Oceans, Planetary Healing Delayed

Mickey Kaus wonders if the recent attack by President Obama’s staffers against the leftwing Blogosphere isn’t a case of “Insta-Triangulation”, but it’s worth comparing and contrasting the rhetoric coming from himself and his aides then and now.

Candidate Obama to his supporters in June of 2008:

“This was the moment when the rise of the oceans began to slow and our planet began to heal.”

President Obama’s White House to his supporters in October of 2009:

“Take off the pajamas, get dressed and realize that governing a closely divided country is complicated and difficult.”

And if Obama has lost Andrew Sullivan, he’s lost faux-conservative America!
