I picked up a copy of a book called Paleobetic Diet: Defeat Diabetes and Prediabetes With Paleolithic Eating and started reading it this weekend. I don’t have diabetes but the title sounded kind of interesting and so many people have diabetes that it might be helpful to some of you out there. It is written by Steve Parker, M.D. and Sunny Parker who guide the reader on how to control their condition using the paleolithic eating. From the description:

Chapter six with a week’s worth of meals actually looks pretty good with recipes like Mexican eggs and Avocado slices and Spaghetti Squash Spaghetti. They look fairly easy to make and even those of us without diabetes might enjoy them.
