Wisconsin Collective Bargaining Law Formally Published

The AP reports that despite Circuit Judge Sumi’s Temporary restraining order the Wisconsin Legislative Reference Bureau has published the collective bargaining law on the grounds that Wisconsin law requires it be published  10 days after the Governor signs a bill into law.
