The Republican Party needs to make an ad out of the huge migrant caravan heading for our border, multiple members of whom frankly admit they are counting on a huge Democrat win in the midterms.

Of course, even if the Democrats win the midterms, President Donald Trump will still be in charge of the border, but there is no doubt that the Democrats will defund the Department of Homeland Security as quickly as possible and do everything they can to throw a monkey wrench into immigration enforcement.

This is the second time there has been a report of a major illegal alien caravan heading toward the United States ahead of the November midterm election, and this is exactly what the American people do not want. One of the main reasons President Trump won the 2024 election and Republicans took control of Congress is that Americans were incredibly sick of the disastrous Biden administration open borders policies. Republicans need to be hammering immigration ahead of the midterms, since the other top voter concern, the economy, is not quite where we want it to be.
Yes, gas prices are high and inflation is still a problem, but the fact that the Trump administration has closed the border and has managed to get more than three million illegal aliens out of our country is tremendously important. This is a message that will resonate with voters, and the footage of the migrant caravan is the perfect accompaniment. By broadcasting the potential illegal alien wave after a Democrat win, Republicans could touch a very sore spot in most American voters’ minds and memories.
The illegal alien crime wave under the Biden administration, the fact that all the net job gains were going to migrants while Americans went unemployed, and the significant number of noncitizens who were living high off fraudulently obtained taxpayer dollars all galled voters.

Voters can have short memories. Perhaps Americans need a reminder of what our immigration policy looked like under Democrat control.
Again, if Republicans want a banger ad going into the last couple of weeks before the midterm election, the huge migrant caravan rushing here to break our laws and exploit our system is it.
