Google's artificial intelligence Gemini reacted to my question of whether it was wrong for Democrats not to applaud victims of illegal alien crime at Donald Trump's State of the Union address with multiple ridiculous excuses for Democrats. Gemini’s lamest "context" excuse for Democrats was that Trump’s speech was long. So does that mean the AI is programmed to argue that politicians can grow too fatigued after an hour of a speech to move their hands in honor of crime victims?
Instead of addressing the core ethical issue, of whether or not the Democrats should put aside their hatred of our nation's sovereignty and laws to empathize with victims of heinous crimes and their families, Gemini tried to turn the issue into a purely subjective and partisan one. Furthermore, Gemini appeared to take issue with my referring accurately to illegal aliens, preferring instead to use the silly label of "undocumented immigrants."
The Google AI acknowledged the "Republican perspective," including the importance of prioritizing citizens' safety, recognizing the suffering of Angel Families, and the necessity (as Trump said) of our elected officials acknowledging the "first duty of the American government is to protect American citizens, not illegal aliens."
But the AI then described the "Democrat perspective," as if any perspective could possibly justify refusing to honor a little girl disabled by an illegal alien truck driver and a young woman murdered by an illegal alien criminal. Gemini pompously pontificated that, as House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries ordered "silent defiance," naturally that had to include looking angry any time Trump paid tribute to an honorable American.

• Counter-Protests: Several Democratic lawmakers highlighted different victims. For instance, Rep. Norma Torres held up signs for Renee Good and Alex Pretti, two Americans killed during federal immigration enforcement actions, accusing the administration’s policies of causing domestic tragedy.
Policy Standoff: The silence was also a response to the ongoing partial shutdown of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). Democrats refused to applaud what they saw as a "ransom demand" for a funding bill that lacked oversight on federal agents.
And this was not all, because not content with presenting the Dems' disgusting arguments in all seriousness, Gemini had to add a whole section of context, by which the AI meant further imbecilic justifications for the Democrats' heartless behavior at SOTU.
These included such irrelevant nonsense as supposed inaccuracies in Trump's crime stats and the fact that Rep. Al Green got thrown out for being disruptive and waving a stupid sign that read "Black People Aren't Apes!" (He evidently didn't consult his fellow Democrat and major racist Gavin Newsom.) Most preposterous of all, Gemini noted, "At 1 hour and 48 minutes, it was the longest State of the Union on record.” So, the Democrats supposedly collapsed of fatigue? What if it had been Joe Biden honoring illegal aliens, would the Democrats have been unable to stand and applaud? Gemini's programmers should be ashamed of themselves.
