Manchin’s bill is already looking like it has a better chance of passing.

Maybe I was dreaming, but I could swear that the Democrats just shut the government down for more than a week to avoid delaying Obamacare. They stubbornly insisted that it had to begin October 1, no ifs ands or buts about it.

Now they’re pondering a delay.
