Smartest Woman in the World Wears the Wrong Color to World Leaders' Photo Op

The photo says it all:

Everyone else is wearing white shirts with Western collars, with only our “smart power” secretary of state in the green Mao jacket. Obviously there was an attempt to color coordinate this photo, and just as obviously Secretary Overcharge is out of sync.
