Sen. Rand Paul: Making health care a 'right' turns doctors into slaves

Suffice it to say that Rand Paul does not sound like an angry, constipated chicken. He sounds like a man who thinks through the implications of the left’s rhetoric, down to a deeper level than they ever dreamed.
