A Dreamer’s Holiday

The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that just 19% of Likely U.S. Voters believe the government should increase federal spending to help stimulate the economy. Sixty-two percent (62%) oppose new spending as an economic stimulus.
He keeps using that word. I do not think it means what he thinks it means.

62% oppose? Where were all these people on election day?
Indeed. Then again, after the last elections any breathless poll reporting needs to be taken with a few kilos of salt!
Oh, and to those experiencing “voter’s remorse” right now; http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pn0WdJx-Wkw
Well, if you believe Rasmussen polls, they all voted for President Romney.
Looking at Instapundint’s charts, I think we’ve tried stimulus spending to get the economy going for the last 6 years.
Sounds like the new the next thing they’re going to try is massive tax hikes.
I know you’re being facetious here, but it doesn’t really matter whether he’s using the word correctly or not, does it? No matter what St. Barack the Magnificent says or does, his kneeling and submissive acolytes in Big Media will never call him on his cynical, serial abuses, whether of language, or of his office, or of the Constitution.
Obama’s “stimulus” is to payback his sugar daddies with our money.
Tax cut is the govt confisticates less of our money so we can spend our own money to “stimulate” the economy the ways we want.
What crediblity does Rasmussen still have?
As much as I like the results of the poll, I do not believe that people should judge scientific and economic policy on polls. Stimulus’s do not work whether the people believe in it or not.
Inconceivable!
