Can’t believe how naive I am. I was actually surprised at her experiences in Canada.
Toure is a huckster who intentionally peddles the view that he can’t conceive of a world in which someone who is not black might have something of importance to say TO someone who is black. Of course, there is the potential that it could actually *be* something racist, but the paradigm that Toure is running with is that ANYTHING a white person/Republican has to say is automatically not applicable because of the color of his or her skin as compared to his own. And he’s a useful idiot to MSNBC and their leftist ilk *because* he gives legitimization to their ad hominen attacks against the GOP. As Kira says, he’s “tap dancing” to the tune of his MSNBC overlords, and it’s just another sad minstrel show, only he’s not wearing blackface. He is the blackface.
What he did is the definition of race-baiting. It is designed to inoculate whole generations of minorities in the belief that they are the only barometers to ascertain group success/failure, and portray it in such a light that no one else can speak out against it. They then bully any opposition with the charge of racism, no matter how true or false it is. In essence, it’s a proto form of fascism. Toure and his sad ilk can go to hell.
And it’s purely totalitarian. There is no way to oppose the president w/o n-wordinizationing, according to this hump.
Maybe we should start referring to race card addiction as Toure Syndrome.
