Regardless of one’s opinion of the aspirin-between-the-knees comment you have to admit that Friess gave a good demonstration of just how silly and absurd the entire contraceptive discussion has become in recent weeks. Basically, too many people view taking personal responsibility for one’s own behavior to be a quaint, obsolete nostrum. Today, we are entitled to be free of any concerns; moral, monetary or otherwise. And, yes, that goes for the voluntary choice to engage in sexual activity with respect to the consequences thereof.
