3. 3. Short notice, I know, but...

   – we need a quick and dirty drunkblogging of the prez-idential address in less than an hour. Prez obviously feels slighted and marginalized. Needs to be relevant again. We need Stephen because the Speaker may not be up to it in his rebuttal, which follows.
